Placed order on 13th May for next day delivery. Order was stuck at 'order in query' for several days. No reply to multiple emails. Tried contacting by phone several times with no answer and thought I'd been scammed.
I was eventually contacted (+1 week after order) and asked to provide further information. The order was then approved and quickly dispatched.
Meds arrived today (24th May) and all look legit. Shame about the customer service. I'd suggest this company do not publish a phone number/email address if they cannot monitor it. They are not a scam company though.

Easy and uncomplicated ordering procedure
As it takes some time to get a doctor's appointment these days I contacted Medicine Direct for a prescription instead. The ordering procedure was easy and uncomplicated. They rang me when they discovered they didn't have everything I ordered in stock and I received the item soon after. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use Medicine Direct again should I need to.

No customer service at all!!!
Placed on order with this company and paid for DPD next day delivery. They’ve taken the money from my account but the order is saying ‘in query’ 3 days later…
I emailed them and still haven’t had a reply and I’ve attempted to call them 5 times today and no one’s answering the phone?
What awful customer service!! I’ve asked if they need any more details from me or simply for a explanation why the orders being held up and nothing…..
Will never order from this company again and would warn others against ordering from here too!
