Asked for my order to be cancelled on the 30th June,over 2 weeks later still no refund no answer on email or phone,absolutely rubbish do not use

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Same experience as others, ordered on Tuesday, paid 4.95 for next day delivery, now Friday and nothing. Money has been taken from my account, no answer on the phone or to my email. Do not use this company, you will pay for nothing.

Ordered medicine for next day delivery. 3 days later still nothing. Order still under review. Called them no answer. Emailed them no answer. Poor service, wont be using them aagain.

Unfortunately, there is no zero star option. I ordered an item on a Tuesday for next day delivery. The next day I'd received no communication from them and so I logged into the website to see that the status was still under review. I emailed them but got no reply. I looked on their Facebook where there was a post saying that the doctors are only working at the weekend and that items ordered will be dispatched next week. Why wasn't this message on the website? Why would they accept next day delivery orders if that isn't possible? Why would customer services email not respond with an update? Terrible service - go somewhere else to buy if you want them in the near future.

My experience was good. I ordered what I wanted and it arrived when it was suppose to arrive. It was all easy to do. I just followed the steps online. I will use the service again.

Absolutely awful company do not order from there, go else where! Ordered next day delivery, 48 hours later order still “in query” asked for a refund in which they said would be with me in 3-5 days, 8 days later and still no refund!! Will be taking this further as emails say they come from “pharmacist” but have really bad customer service and do not believe they are legit!

I tried three times to order my anti sickness medication. Every time it says I have missed one answer but I cannot see which one, so I went elsewhere.

Ordered from this company twice before and had no issues.. made my 3rd order on 1st June ever since my order update says order in query.. I have phoned for 2 weeks no one ever answers I have emailed several times again no one answers them.. I had a fb msg to say there had been a delay and that all orders would be sent I the next few days... still nothing ..that was 2 weeks ago.. I managed to get my medication from elsewhere so I'm not sure why they're blaming their incompetence on shortages.. I have had to raise a payment dispute with my bank to get my money back as medicine direct don't seem to care.. I think its terrible to treat customers like this when they're relying on medication if medicine direct could just be honest an let people get their medicine elsewhere instead I'm sure it would be better customer service..I know I will never buy anything off them ever again as this experience has left a very sour taste. 24 days since ordering is extremely poor service
EDIT.. its now 15th July and still zero communication from this company.. my order still says order in query. Absolutely disgusting service
Edit..its now 2nd August an still zero communication from this clearly fraudulent company. No refund still no ansa on phone or email.
Edit.. its now the 22nd of August an my order is still in query.. this company is a scam .. do not order from them .. they have zero interest in answering calls an emails.... there's plenty of reliable online pharmacies if u need medication .. do not use these absolute jokes

I have been purchasing the same medicine from Medicine Direct for a long time. Suddenly my most recent order was rejected with no explanation. I tried to telephone them unsuccessfully several times and they did not reply to my emails

I made an order for my medication 5 days ago but it has been "Approved and in Pharmacy" for several days now. I've ordered from this company previously with no issues so I don't know what the holdup is this time. I've sent emails and tried calling but have received no response yet. Doesn't instil confidence in a patient to not receive communication, does it? As of now I'm still waiting for a dispatch confirmation. If I don't get one soon or hear back from them, I'll be forced to get a refund and take my business elsewhere.

ETA: I received an email stating that my order has been delayed due to a national stock shortage and that it should finally be posted out today (17/06). They've also said delivery costs will be refunded. I'm waiting on both to happen before I amend my review. The experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth as I value transparency and communication as a customer and patient. I will probably think twice before ordering medication from them again. Rest assured, this is their last chance to make it right and dispatch when they've said they would otherwise I will get a full refund, by any means necessary.

Update: Still no dispatch despite email confirmation it will happen today (17/06). Extremely dissatisfied and will be pursuing further action to get my refund. It's unethical to mislead customers where medication is involved.

It is now 21/06 and there's still no sign of a dispatch or refund. I ordered 11 days ago. Medicine Direct have made no communication with me whatsoever despite me sending several emails and calls. I've had to contact my bank to get my money back as I'm sure I won't be receiving my medication from this company. AVOID!

Randomly received my order on 23/06. No dispatch email, no communication, nothing whatsoever. Its well outside the specified delivery time frame and after a lot of hassle to have my medication replaced elsewhere. Extremely poor communication and customer service. Save yourself the trouble.

Very helpful. The medication ordered was delivered quickly and efficiently.
