Absolutely ridiculous. You have a website openly advertising products to customers, only to contact you about placing an order and be told, “We’re not accepting new orders.”

Then what exactly is the point of having a customer-facing website listing products that apparently cannot be ordered?

If you’re not accepting new customers or orders, say so clearly instead of wasting people’s time browsing your catalogue and contacting you. The whole thing feels misleading and completely pointless from a customer’s perspective.

I took the online quiz to address hair loss and was advised a provider would be in contact within 72 hours. This did not occur and it is now many weeks down the track. I called them and the voicemail recommended contacting them via email. I have emailed multiple times and have not heard back. I suspect they have shut down or are having critical issues with staffing.

Was using them for almost 2 years.
Phone was not answered most of the time.
Fine np - atleast email communication was there & I could order.
Was out of stock for my prescription & Lately no reply on email as well.

After Care/Customer service- 0
Will not be ordering because of customer service, you lost a customer who could have been with you.
