I would not even give them half a star . Ordered medicines from them as my daughter was in high fever they are saying that the medicines will come after 2 days . What is the point in ordering when you need it immediately. Better go and take the medicines urself.

I was given doctor appointment at 11:00 AM for chest X-ray. I received SMS a day prior to an appointment but not received email confirmation and not told by any agent who called multiple times while taking insurance. Apollo clinic insists on email confirmation and waited for almost 2 hours for med buddy mistake.

When I called customer care taken from google 96920 80092. He wants me to speak in HINDI only and don’t have English customer support and disconnected. In this case they must target only Hindi speaking people as their clients. Such a rude behaviour.

No one helped or did any support on customer support as well. The toll free is not even ringed and gets disconnected for long.

I don’t think these fellows will help during medical emergency.

MediBuddy is just fooling people. They take order for Medicine but never deliver.. Keep on pushing the delivery day by one more day every following day.. Place an order on 16th Sep with delivery date of 17th Sep... They kept delaying.. today (18th Sep) the app says it will be delivered on 20th Sep 2024.. Customer Care / Operations Team are Pathetic!!

Unprofessional. They take away wallet balance without any reason. Customer service one of the worst. Stay away.

I book doctor consultant from medibuddy via corporate. Not satisfied with result as for sc imple back pain wrote unwanted test which eff emplyee has to bear and no. of good Doctor are very very less via medibuddy as as App. they we dont have an option to upload power owen doctor consultant charges to claim in APP.

I booked the lab test at 8 AM for sample collection at home and my experience with them is pathetic and frustrating.
They allotted the 10 am schedule the postponed to 12 pm and by the 3 PM they postponed for the next day I don’t think the professional are running the business. They have no control over the staffs and vendors

All facilities are delay... Health related apps should be very fast for medicines or offline consult...

Cannot get doctor consult on same day or next day... only after 2 days... Cannot reschedule even if doctor available which checked direct clinic but this Medibuddy will not allow.

MediBuddy.in is not being run by doctors, rather some trainees. They have given incorrect details of most medicines. One instance is SERTEX tablet which is an anti-depressant and mediBuddy.in has declared it an anti clog drug. They are under severe scrutiny and would face legal trouble if they do not bring down their website.

Very horrible experience, they are extremely money minded. Request patients never to approach them.

Worked as a doctor here, horrible experience. There is pay disparity and they even won't pay you for the cases which you have done if it does not match to the cut off level of cases per week.

Really frustrating experience. I booked an appointment and got confirmation. But when called to hospital(Appollo) they told me the doctor not tie-up with medibuddy if you want will provide you appointment and pay from your pocket.

Utter time wasteful, horrible experience. They don't care about life and health of patients.
- Rescheduling appointments, last minute cancellations.
- Doctors you booked and confirmed will not be available in hospital at all. Show one doctor in app, and other doctor at hospital. Real nightmare.

I have taken Gold membership for 5 years till 2027 but it is showing as cancelled now.

I was told by agent that I have consulted more than 6 added members so it has been cancelled.
But how come without any warning instructions or without my consent it has been cancelled.

I was getting others option while consulting so I used that, if that is case then you should have kept the others option with payment. You people are extracting money from the customers and cancelling without intimation.

Very bad experience with medibuddy.

I ordered some generic medicines and was promised delivery within 24 hours. However, after four days without receiving my order, I contacted customer service. They assured me that the order would be delivered within the next 24 hours. Yet again, the medicines did not arrive. Two days later, I called customer service and requested to speak with the person responsible. I was connected to an individual who guaranteed delivery within the next four hours and took responsibility for the order. Astonishingly, just ten minutes after our conversation, I received an email informing me that my order was canceled due to the item being out of stock. This is not only disappointing but also alarming, considering the urgency associated with medication. It took them eight days to realize and inform me that the product was unavailable. Such service is unacceptable. If they are incapable of managing their stock and providing reliable service, I have to question their competence in the pharmaceutical industry.

I have been a user of the Medibuddy app for more than four years, starting back when it was known as DocsApp. Initially, I had a good experience, especially during the first year when I paid around 700 for a gold membership. However, my satisfaction quickly diminished once the app transitioned to Medibuddy.

The quality of doctor consultations and the app's user interface deteriorated significantly. For instance, I once consulted a doctor for a common cold, and the prescription contained over six different medications—an alarmingly high number for such a simple condition. This over-prescribing practice seemed to reflect a lack of thorough assessment or care by the doctors on the platform.

Additionally, the waiting time for consultations has become exceedingly long. Typically, it's over 30 minutes, but sometimes you might wait an entire day without receiving a callback. Even when the call does come through, there's a high likelihood that it will disconnect multiple times. On top of that, the doctor you originally booked with may not be the one who ends up consulting with you; it often feels like you're assigned whoever is available, which can be confusing and frustrating.

One of the most annoying aspects is the instability of the video call feature. Most times, the call will drop at least twice before you finally connect, if at all. If it continues to fail, you'll receive a phone call, which defeats the purpose of a video consultation. Moreover, it's common for the doctors to say they will call back because they're busy, leading to further delays and uncertainty.

However, the most concerning issue is the company's apparent lack of user-friendly policies and potential for fraud. For example, if you accidentally enter the wrong spelling of your name during a consultation, the system may consider you a new user, leading to complications with your account. If there are more than six such discrepancies, Medibuddy will deactivate your account without warning. Even worse, they might ask you to pay again to restore your membership, only to potentially deactivate your account again for supposed policy violations. This behavior feels unscrupulous and exploitative.

In summary, I strongly advise caution when using Medibuddy. Given my recent experiences, I recommend thoroughly evaluating the app's services and policies before deciding to commit. What once was a reliable platform has become riddled with issues and questionable practices, turning what should be a convenient healthcare solution into a source of frustration and concern. I suggest reconsidering before paying for any membership or service, and if you do, be prepared for a potentially disappointing and problematic experience.

I will never suggest anyone to go for Medi buddy. Very irresponsible staff and admin never share the number to the person coming home for blood test.

Twice they came to my place and saying we rang the bell but no one answer. But it’s totally false I was awake for that purpose and no one rang the bell. Well in short I will never ever recommend any one for medi buddy. Hope they will reimburse my money keeping me fasting twice and didn’t show up.

Always got tests done and reports delivered on time. I think majority of the people who don't have an issue don't write on these forums and that's why we see mostly negative reviews.
