I wish I had an option to give negative stars. The company knows how to make money by cheating people. I paid for the consultation but never took the same. I asked for the refund, called many times, wasted my time but yet no refund. Never rely on this company.

This company has worst service to the employee too,mainly Junaid Ahmed TL and Salman Khan Manager had made the office as their personal property to deal with the employee and the customers and caring shit about the corporate office and directors.

Medibuddy ia the worst, the test results are inaccurate, i have tested in another labs the test was normal. However through medibuddy tests resulta was at higher side, this is a scam to go to the doctor to get there margin. Never go for medibuddy test

DO NOT choose MEDIBUDDY, especially for corporate tie-ups! Their service is TERRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE. You have no freedom to select your family doctors, and forget about getting any reimbursement in an emergency! STAY AWAY at all costs!

Very worst experience. No option for giving 0*. They will not give a single amount after giving all medical documents. All time they tell internal team is working. Are they working or plugging hair. You do not get a single amount for hospitalisation.

Very pathetic service provide by MediBuddy ,
My reimbursement claim is not resolved since 2 month.
We have already all original document sent to MediBuddy HO address.

They are frauds pls dont book ur online appointment for any doctor on this.

Harrasment through continuous calling
Dispite telling him that I do not want to go for medical services they keep calling with different different numbers. It's insanely harrasment.

Worst service you will ever buy in medical… they don’t have enough medicine in stock in actual. You will never be able to use the wallet balance. They will always cancel your order for giving shit reasons. Never ever go for this scam. I ordered 4-5times they didn’t had medicine and next time wanted to order a supplement they mailed me that you can’t use wallet balance for such items. And then I ordered the only medicine they available then they give first reason was doctor degree is not mentioned. I sent another ss with doctor degree then again it got cancelled. Telling reason of some blurred number under degree which were clearly visible to even a half blind man. The moral is don’t buy such policy only because they are cheap. Instead use this money to buy a medication at physical stores.

completely a scamming useless application. i had got a policy guru benefit account which gives 7400 amt wallet balance but that is a useless amount you can use. they have only two hospitals in mumbai if you want to have 120rs xray which you can easiy in an NMMC hospital. their hospital is in bandra and borivalli only if you live in navi mumbai you have to go to bandra just to have orthopedic consultation and a xray. and second worst thing is their online medicine store which is a useless feature. there are very limited medicine in it and more than half them are out of stock & from the remaining 20-30% medicine only 5%medicine are available for you to purchase from your wallet account. so at the end you should never go for this scam. i have been scammed and dont want others to get scammed

If they don't understand the importance of medical field why are they even in business?
People fall sick they order medicine and These people take their own sweet time to deliver after days months or God knows when!

Hospital's raised complaint, we raised complaint but there is no resolution. In sort if you going to take a service like cashless, Due to there worst service you will be Hospitalised if you called them they only said we help you, we understand, but reality was that they don't care anything what you suffer, what you feel, our harassment, our need nothing...I advised don't take this medi buddy insurance, if your company recommend denied immediately if possible don't take job on that company where they provide service as health insurance.. still I am in hospital with my wife discharge done 2 days before but still claim not approved which is raise 10 days before 25.02.2025, in between any casualty happen who will responsible...

One the fake app i ever seen it since on month I am chasing for my claim whenever date come to closed on that time required again and again submitted this form submit self declaration etc just manipulate to the customer and west of time.

Medibuddy is a scam..In the time of reimbursement or hospitalization, Medibuddy will treat their insurance holders are beggar.. Any type of documents you submit, they will have a reason to deny the claim.. I have this insurance and nearly 95% claims get rejected even if I had complete documents. Corporate people, don't go with this unprofessional organisation else you will not get anything excluding crying in hospital cases.Thank you

Worst Service. I booked the slot for
blood sample collection between 7 AM to 8 AM today (9th FEB). I received a message saying that my sample collection will be taken at 10 AM and they are simply saying 'Sorry for the inconvenience'. This is disgusting, worst service.

never ever open your account in medibuddy they dont delete your data and they will sell to third parties which is illegal any one who face the issues consult a lawyer and give them legal notice

Nowadays medibuddy is giving poor service.Customer support could not connect to the doctors. Doctors are not responding.
