Bought a shed from them just 8 months ago and there is a design fault which has resulted in a hole in the roof which leaks. When I contacted MCD to see if they would fix the roof they advised that it wasn’t their fault and to read their T&Cs and told me to fix it myself. Would never buy from them again and will recommend my friends don’t either. Do not purchase from this company as very poor after sales service.

Had my 12 x 10 Pent shed delivered and installed today by Dee and Jacob. Arrived on time did a great job and left my garden tidy. Very pleased with the shed and the fitters as well as the whole company. My whole process of ordering and receiving the shed was excellent. Would def recommend to others. Terry

The Ruby shed (summer house) was delivered and erected on Wednesday 19th May 2021 The days weather was sunny at the outset but by lunchtime we had torrential rain and hailstones for more than 2 hours.The fitters Steve and Matt worked so hard all the day and never stopped even right thro' the terrible weather.They were so professional and were still here at 7.00p.m as they not only put the new one up but also dismantled the old shed which was the same size 10' x 8' and removed it.Great respect for them - hope they get a bonus for this tremendous work.Also thanks extended to Joanne in the office for all her help.I now know why they are so busy -great product and great workforce,I am sure the shed will give us great pleasure for more than the 10 years the previous shed gave us - thank you to Martin and his team.

Extremely pleased with our new ruby combo summerhouse. Great customer service from the first phonecall to delivery and installation.We had looked at ALOT of summerhouses but this one ticked all the boxes I would definitely recommend this company 👌and we absolutely love it thanks so much ,Lisa.

My wife and I chose a chalet from MCD and I have to say it is an excellent product, very well made, delivery was punctual, the two fitters got on with the job and it didn't take them long to be finished and gone with no problems and no clearing up for us to do. We are very pleased with our choice. So why only four stars? We had an issue with the sealing of the perspex windows, the sealant was applied in such a skimpy amount that in places it was only on the perspex and in others it was on the timber. I guess this was rushing to get to next job. So I had to peel it all away (7 windows) and redo the job myself. I raised this niggle with the sales team and also with an email FTO Martin but nobody wanted to address the issue and I had no reply. So four stars it is.

From the moment which I reached out to MCD in order to enquire about the Bespoke Garden Rooms/ Summer Houses, the service was outstanding.
Joanne was receptive to all my emails, which there was a few; and offered me various solutions/ideas to all my queries.
Despite a slight defect in my Summer House (a hairline crack in my UPVC windows which we can only assume occurred in transit/or through heat expansion), Joanne responded instantly with my concerns and ordered me a replacement as soon as possible. I can't thank MCD enough for their service! The Summer House is outstanding and the quality is second to none. It has transformed our garden!

Fantastic service from start to finish, Matt and Kyle did a fabulous job of erecting the summerhouse, no fuss, a quality build. Not the cheapest but definitely the best! No hesitation in recommending MCD

My shed was delivered at the agreed time, Matt and his mate erected the shed exactly where I requested, they were very professional. The build quality is excellent. I would highly recommend MCD Home and Garden.

I researched long and hard to get the best quality shed at the very best price and the result was an MCD Shed! On paper it met all my requirements and now that the shed has been built and installed, I can confirm that it was all I expected. What I had not been sure of was the customer service, but I can now say that it was outstanding. I have no hesitation to recommend this company, as indeed I already have to one of my neighbours.

Absolutely stunning service and a fantastic new addition to my garden, I have not seen anything with this build quality anywhere at all. First-class at every point of contract, could not have wished for more

Yesterday afternoon, my shed delivery and installation was confirmed to start between 7 and 7.30am. Subsequently, this delivery was postponed before the van set off at 3am the next day but there was no message/communication until 9.10am to say that they would not be delivering because of the weather. As a result, I wasted over an hour early in the morning preparing for the delivery/installation. When he phoned me, the owner explained that it would not be feasible to provide a mobile phone for the delivery/installation team to message customers with updates about their delivery.

The quality of the product ( custom built 10’ x 5’ garden shed ) and service is outstanding also special mention for the installation team who were very efficient and professional in their work.

Just received my Cottage style shed 8' x 6' .... wow these sheds are amazing and definately worth the wait, they must be the best out there. From initial order to final install ... QUALITY throughout !!

I'm a landscaper, and after some excellent pre-sales help from Joanne, I bought 3 sheds for clients, spending £9k. The crew showed up at 7am, and were gone by Midday, leaving behind three outstanding sheds. My customers are delighted. The quality is very high, and the service second-to-none. Thanks MCD!
