Wow please whatever u do don’t take ur cars to Mavis they messed up my rear coupler and the regional manager had car towed from my house didn’t tell me when he was coming then it’s at another Mavis and wants them to look over car again after getting 4 mechanics tell him it’s the rear coupler knowing he has to get it from Nissan and get it computerized by Nissan . Now Mavis’s saying is their priority is to treat us they they want to be treated and that their number one is the customers safety . Now if it was ur car and someone else did this to u u wouldn’t like it. All because he didn’t want to pay labor …

Jose Calvin and Dexter were so helpful in assisting me with my car. Wonderful communication every step of the way staying on top of everything with me and accommodating my schedule, fair prices with no surprises, staying in touch with me to let me know updates and how things were going, which is wonderful when you leave your car somewhere for the day. They were kind and caring everytime I came in and did their best to accommodate my situation as it was chaotic for me to be without my car for a full day, on 2 occasions;the mechanic even offered to come in on his day off if that could help me, since it was my birthday and they were trying to make my process as smooth as possible. I feel very lucky and highly recommend them in the future for consistently great service over the past 15+ years I've used them. Thank you for helping me and making this a comfortable process. -All the best
