Austin seemed to be the only employee…
Austin seemed to be the only employee guineually concerned about customer service upon drop off. No one contacted me or discussed what kind of oil I wanted and we were charged for the expensive synthetic oil without my approval. I was not contacted when the car was ready. I do not feel confident that the car was checked for road safety as I requested for an upcoming 2000 mile trip. The staff has changed hands since I was last there and the service was very disappointing.
