I had one of the worst automotive…
I had one of the worst automotive service experiences of my life at Mavis Tires & Brakes.They had my car for 5 WEEKS, and when I finally got it back, the AC no longer worked something that was perfectly fine before. I brought it back, thinking they’d fix their mistake. Instead, they kept my car for another 2 weeks. During that time, I was repeatedly told by Jerry and Manny that my car was being taken to the dealership to be reprogrammed. That turned out to be a complete lie. My car was actually just sitting in their parking lot, untouched, with no work being done. Communication was terrible the entire time. I had to constantly chase updates, only to be given excuses or misinformation. No accountability, no urgency, and zero customer service. After 6 total weeks of wasted time and dishonesty, I had no choice but to go pick my car up myself with the issue still unresolved. This place is unprofessional, disorganized, and dishonest. If you value your time, your car, or basic respect as a customer, do not go here.
