Mavis Tire - New Milford Bewertungen 15

Made an appointment for new tires and was taken on time. Price was more than discussed by phone, but I went ahead with the installation of 4 new tires.
I waited for quite a while for the completion.
When I got in my car to leave, I found the glove compartment and the console were open, and the entire contents were on the floor and front seat.

I was so angry, and disgusted with this treatment of my car and my possessions, and how late it was, due to the long wait for the installation,I could not bring myself to go back inside and complain. I simply stuffed everything I found back into the compartments and drove out of the parking lot immediately. I was not looking forward to long ride home in the dark.
I believe they were looking for the lug nut unlocking item. I was sitting in their waiting room the entire time; they had my cell phone number; no reason not to to ask me directly where it was. No reason not to put everything back in place when they decided not ask me directly.
some days later when weather permitted, I spent time taking everything out of those compartments to put them back in an orderly fashion. It was then I discovered several valuable jewelry items were missing. I had them with me because I was traveling , therefore had possessions in the car with me.
These items were most valuable to me, not just their intrinsic value, but as all were gifts from family members who are no longer living.
If you value your personal possessions, I recommend you do not use this New Milford Mavis, or else empty all your compartments before entering their premises.

They did exactly what was needed and never wanted to add any other service that wasn’t needed, the price was way better than my dealer would have charged, but what a nice personable group!!!

Every interaction at Mavis is a pleasure. Just got new tires, Luis worked with me to get me what I needed. My axel broke they took me right in, kept me informed about the status. The service and the value are there.

Called on a Saturday and Tom said to be there at 10:00 on Sunday.When I arrived the place was out of control at least ten people waiting,went up to the counter said I had an appointment and the person said not today Tom over booked appointments so I left and it cost them over $1,500 for the work I needed I will never go back and people I talk to won’t either.I’m a disabled person and don’t have the strength to play the games that goes on with management.Worst experience ever!!! When you’re in a jam and everyone else is too busy these guys really care. They took me in with no appointment to get my tire patched and let me tell you it was the nicest experience I have had in a long time. Brianna the service advisor and Daniel the technician could not have made this nightmare easier. Shout out to the team at Mavis tire and all they do for the community

Super great to work with Mike and his team because not only was he a super nice guy but he filled my tires and gave me new tire caps!!! The did this all for free and actually showed a great interest on my project car!!!! Greatly recommend!!!

Every time I bring my vehicle to mavis they are courteous and over exceeding my expectations I want to thank my technicians that worked on my Ford Taurus with everything that’s going on with the pandemic and economy and that it’s difficult with the short handed manpower these guys are busting there butts thank you Dez and Angel my family and I appreciate all the hard work you do keep it up

I was waiting for tires for three weeks. When I called they said the tires would be coming in another week. I called back for them to tell me there wasn't even an order in.

service in new milford, ct is terrible. changed tires. driving on a highway over 60mph noticed steering wheel shaking. brought my car back for a quick fix. needs a high speed balance but was denied help. he told me to bring a car some other day. i said i would wait because it's only 20 minute fix and i said i wouldn't be there if they did right job but he didn't even try or gave me better option. not going back again. saves me from headache in future.
