I just had an oil change on my truck at Mavis of Gibsonton, Florida. The charge was $155.71… Needless to say, I got extremely mad at the charge. I asked why so much; the service manager told me it was because the oil was synthetic.... I was never asked what type of oil I want. I sure as heck wouldn’t have asked for synthetic oil.
Mavis just lost my wife and me as customers. We had nothing but praise for the work we had done in the past. Never again will we use Mavis. The store is very close to our home; it was convenient for us. Not anymore!
