Started off the day with a flat on the wife's car, Happy Father's day right?! Quick Google search to see who was open on Sundays and picked Mavis Tires and Brakes, Jade was the young lady at the counter and she said "No problem, I will take it back there and see if it can be repaired or if you will need another tire." About 25 min later she walked into the customer waiting area and stated I was good to go. None the less it was prompt, curtious service. As an "old school" guy who still values service like that I will be taking my vehicles to Mavis Tires and Brakes when needed.

Highly recommend Ryan and his team if you ever have any tire repairs or needs. They were able to get me in for a last minute repair on a Friday evening, worked quickly, communicated efficiently, and were priced very reasonably. Will be coming back here for any future work.

I just relocated from Baltimore to Clayton, I purchased my son some bikes, but was not able to get the nut off to put on the training wheels so called Mavis Tires and Brakes and Ryan was such a friendly person and said he will put the training wheels on me, and to come right over! This will definitely be my new car care spot to come to! Thanks for your wonderful customer service..

Excellent Customer Service
I want to thank Moses Santizo for helping me get back on the road. I called to ask if they could put a plug in my tire because I hade a screw in it. He told me to come down right then they had an opening. I took it down and they got it fixed within 15 minutes. Everyone there was so kind and helpful. They didn't try to overcharge me or sell me any unneeded products. I will go back when I need something else done. I like that he didn't try to get me to buy something because I am a woman. Thanks Moses. You were a great help.
