I got in right away as per my appointment! Jessica was very professional friendly and courteous. I left with four very good tires at a very reasonable price. We discussed some future repairs that I need to get done soon and I'm not even going to check anywhere else I'm going straight back to them!

I got in when scheduled, out in great time. Very professional workers, very personable employees!

I had a flat tire.i went around beloit to the gas station no one had air and the ones had air was out of order.i stop and mavis tire and the person who ate d me was so kind and put air in my tires thank you mavis tire for the wonderful services.my name is elda sarabia

Several things went wrong, I don't usually write reviews but I am SO MAD right now!! I walked out and I'm at the next maintenance place up the road and already happier!
First, I called this morning to make an appointment and was told they dont take appointments any more so I should just come in. When I arrived, I was told (I think by the same person) that they were "so packed" I would have to make an appointment for Monday. There were two cars in the lot and no one else in the waiting room. I Work on weekdays -which is why i seek service on weekends - I asked to speak to the manager to get her approval so the work could be done tomorrow. Next, Jessica is the RUDEST MANAGER! She
came out of the back, dropped her purse is the desk between us and told me how busy they were and I would have to wait til she had time to see me. I waited 20 minutes!!! No contact from her. Eric at Jiffy Lube had me in and out, with a working light and a reasonable explanation AND NO CHARGE in 15minutes!

Issac was amazing. I went in for a tire repair. They did a great job. They also have great service.

Jessica was amazing great, knowledge
and personality. Customer service was outstanding. Returned to get lugnuts retorque as suggested and was assisted by Issac, Issac stood out in pestering freezing rain to complete. Was very impressed from start to finish,great staff and very knowledgeable. Issac is a amazing young man who totally stands out in today's world. Blessings

On Saturday, Labor Day weekend, we were in a major jam as we had to be Indianapolis to pick up apartment keys for my kid's job move from Madison, unload, and be back to Green Bay for work Tuesday. Sean was short staffed as he didn't have mechanics per se that day but realizing our really desperate predicament he offered to change out the bad spark plug and ignition coil for us himself so we could get on our way. He was a true blessing, and I can never thank him and the guys that were there that day enough to be the very angels we needed to get us back on the road and safely to Indy! They are true blue Beloit so give them your business!! Thanks again Sean!!!!

This place is awful. I literally want to cry at this moment. They are very unprofessional. We have been waiting for over 3 hours to get our tires changed. The workers are fighting and screaming at each other. No one can any any questions, and we are about to call the police just to get our vehicle back. Other people have been in here just as long. DO NOT COME TO THIS BUSINESS!
