Fernando and Eric were great! Very helpful!

Fast, good price, took me later in the day which is great.

Was in and out within 1hr, Mavis is the cheapest place compared to other such places.

Will, the manager, was a ball of energy, always polite, and always professional. Very personable and customer oriented.
Although I suggested the possible need of an alignment, he came to me anyway to indicate an alignment was needed. I appreciated that extra effort.
He is a great asset to Mavis.

The people wete friendly and communicated well. The work done was quick and efficient. I usually use another Mavis location but this one will be my new location.

I scheduled the visit but when I got there it was not in the books. They appeared to need more training on the processes and did not show a sense of urgency to get my car complete. Customer service and training were lacking.

I made my appointment for 8 am the day before ~ I got there promptly and the technician had both of my tires replaced and installed within the hour ~ I would strongly recommend them to everybody.

Good customer service. Friendly and easy going. I was waiting about an hour but it didn’t feel that long. They didn’t try to overcharge me and I felt like I could trust them to fix the most important things in my car while keeping the price as low as possible.
