Outstanding!

We needed a rather messy clean after my family member passed.
He was not found for a wee while and we needed it doing well and quickly
From the first call to the office to the two men arriving and finishing the work it’s been really brilliant.

In less that 24 hours we had all the work completed

Could not recommend Matrix any higher

As a victim of Graffiti on my house & neighbours wall, I required its removal as urgent due to the offensive content. This company preyed on this knowledge and charged me £354 on the spot via debit card over the phone. To scale it in simple terms, the cleaning up would of removed 8 words.Arriving at my home address, alarm bells rang with the minimal of equipment they had on board a disorganised messy van. Within 10 minutes, the guy told me he couldn't remove the paint.Ringing the head office, the lady told me that they don't do reimbursements, literally!#!?# I was left having to pursue the reimbursement via my bank. AVOID this company based in Bridgend at all costs! RE:THEIR REPLY: I WAS NOT CONTACTED AGAIN AND REFUSING ANY SERVICE, and I would be willing at anytime for my call log to be observed to confirm this! I am left with a £354 bill by this company, and I'm taking it up with the bank directly, as I am left with no other choice as the company are refusing any reimbursement of any kind!?

We required an urgent biohazard clean. The response time was very quick and efficient. I was contacted regarding my query within the hour and they were able to attend that evening if required. I was kept up to date with all progress, attendance times and the process.

Our customer had a macerator pump explosion within one of their stores in Cambridge. Called Paul and within 24hrs they were out completing the clean and not to say they were unable to gain access at the time confirmed, they waited and returned back. Other companies would of definitely gave us a call out charge for this but Matrix were happy to return. Very happy with the service received and would highly recommend.

I enquired about a large hoarding home to be cleared of one of my family members - I was absolutely blown away with how fast they got back to me and how reasonable the price was for all the work. I spoke to Paul who was so thorough, helpful and compassionate with our circumstances that we was needing help with.
However I was again thrilled when I informed them that I needed the clean as soon as they could and Paul organised everything for me the next day!
On the day I was skeptical that all could be done in a day due to the amount of work to do and but Paul insured me that they was hard workers and that as much would be done as they could.
Ben, Kieron and Mark came and was so understanding, hard working and thorough and got everything done in the one day! I am absolutely over the moon with the incredible results- they done in eight hours what would have taken weeks to arrange and do! I'm so happy with the job and can't thank Paul, Ben, Kieron and Mark enough - can not recommend matrix enough!

We had a call out for an unpleasant clean within a changing cubicle at one of our customers retail shops in Trafford Centre. We called Paul at Matrix and they were able to attend the next morning before the store opens and complete the clean to a very high standard. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future. Thank you again Paul.
