Due to a rat intrusion in our home kitchen, we had to request a biohazard cleaning service. We had been suffering for two weeks from the contamination and distress caused by the rats, and we were truly impressed by Mr. Ben’s professionalism. He spent a significant amount of time thoroughly cleaning, removing waste, and disinfecting the area with care.

Mr. Ben explained each step of the process clearly and carried it out in full consultation with us. Thanks to him, we finally regained a clean and safe kitchen after two difficult weeks.

The company responded very quickly with an accurate quote and arranged the cleaning session on the same day. The invoice and payment process were smooth and transparent, and the price was much more reasonable and affordable compared to other companies.

I hope I won’t need to use this cleaning service again due to another rat problem, but I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs it.

Can’t fault Mark that did a clear and clean to my aunty house, she was a horder and house was full after being moved to a care home. He worked hard and quick. I found matrix online when searching for a balcony cleanup because I had a pigeon problem, I found it quick and easy to get in contact the lady on phone was very helpful and got me a appointment for that weekend, and told me the name of the man that would be coming Ben, he came over on time and was very friendly and helpful with good advice on how to deterred the pigeons from coming back, Ben did an amazing job, and I am so happy I can use my balcony in time for the summer. I highly recommend this company for its quick service and friendly staff.

From start to finish all staff were lovely and super helpful. We needed cleaning due to an accident at a family member’s home and we needed it before they arrived home from hospital which we were unsure of as it could be any day. They came out same day which was super helpful and at an amazing price. The gentleman that came out was super friendly and understanding. He did an amazing job and was super quick. This company is amazing. I had an extremely difficult situation I needed attending to urgently. Amy was amazing on the telephone call and very understanding due to my highly emotional state. Amy managed to get someone out to me within a couple of hours. Stephen and Martin came out and were just as brilliant. Told me everything was going to be OK and cracked on with the job at hand. I required an un pleasant clean after the passing of a dear friend. The guys that came were kind, explained in full what was going to happen and when I wasn’t happy with something they found n alternative. They were respectful and considerate and did a wonderful job in no time at all. These are the jobs no one wants to do but need doing. Matrix provided an excellent service from start to finish and I would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Matrix. I called following a spillage of sealant in the boot of my car, the team were super helpful and provided me with a quote quickly. I was very happy with the price i was quoted and was really impressed that the job could be carried out the following day. When Matrix arrived their team member was professional, helpful and completed the job quicker than I expected. I was very happy with the final result of the balcony cleanup and bird waste removal. The company representative was very professional and easy to communicate with. The payment is taken in advance, but I had no complaints, the job was great and at the end I received a detailed report with pictures. I would definitely recommend working with the Matrix Group!
