Purchased a polycarbonate roof system which was supposed to be delivered on 1st Sept. One part was with the other going missing by the courier. Without going into details, it’s now the 18th and I am still awaiting the missing item. Appalling service from a company that quite frankly cannot be bothered.

From ordering to delivery was over 3 months! No contact from them to update on delivery issues. Paid for two man delivery, but only one turned up - still waiting for reimbursement after 7 weeks. Building instructions vague and badly produced.

I ordered some materials (twin wall and connections ) for a lean too pergola I was building , when these panels arrived the order was missing items and some were damaged.
I contacted Chris and David who initially apologised and attempted to get the supplier to send out replacements, when they came they were also damaged and unusable so the joiner I paid for the work was unable to complete the job , rearranged this and had to pay again for his time .
I have tried several times to get in contact with Master plastics for an explanation as to why three deliveries went wrong but conveniently they do t answer my emails .

This is a poor company with no customer service and if you can go somewhere else , thumbs down 👎

Absolutely terrible experience – avoid at all costs

I ordered PVC window cills from this company and when I finally opened the package (after recently moving house), I discovered they were all broken. I contacted the company immediately and at first, they responded to a few emails, asking for photos — which I sent. Then they claimed I had ordered 4 units but only sent photos of 3, even though I only received 3.

I asked for a copy of my original order confirmation (which I never received in the first place), and they completely stopped replying. Not only did I pay a high price for the window sills, but I also paid an extra £30 for delivery — all for broken items and zero accountability.

I tried to raise a dispute through PayPal, but since more than 30 days had passed, there was nothing they could do.

Save yourself the stress — do not buy from this company.

Reasonable Price, but extremely poor service and incorrect/misleading order updates provided.

Ordered 3 weeks ago today, first delivery arrived after 2 weeks, with three missing facias (damaged in transit), the 2 that arrived were also damaged (broken in two and indentations/marks) so couldn't be used either).

Was advised replacements would be with me this week. Chased up on Tuesday and was told the items had just been delivered and would be dispatched. Chased up 2 days later and told the items weren't in the order and won't be delivered until next week, so likely to be a month between ordering and receiving goods, which wasn't advised at Checkout!

Avoid, unless you're in no rush and don't mind dealing with poor customer service all day!

We recently had a porch made and constructed for us by Master Plastics. It is perfect, keeps the "sometimes wild Cornish weather" from our front door and given us a mini-conservatory to sit in. Joe and Chris went "above and beyond" working in a complete downpour for the first few hours without any moans. Would recommend this company without any reservations. Anne and Malcolm Costar

This is the email I sent to Master Plastics after finally getting the order sorted. Communication and acting on simple delivery instructions utterly terrible. And in all of the communication, I had one word of apology. Literally! "Apologies"! Of course no follow up to this email either. I should have read the reviews, and avoided like the plague. I advise you to avoid them too!
Over all, for a pretty simple order, this has felt pretty chaotic. Ordering was fine, but the delivery was late with no communication about it until I enquired, then it was delivered to my home address. It was also missing 1 sheet (out of 4!). Then the final sheet wasn’t delivered. When I enquired I didn’t hear anything, then an email today saying it would come next week, then it arrives today/ You must understand that it makes it incredibly difficult for customers to manage jobs if suppliers don’t deliver or communicate well. I don’t know if it’s you, the manufacturer, or the delivery company, but I hope this can be resolved in the future

Purchased a microchip programmable cat flap which did not work. Called the next day and was told to return it and they would replace it and refund the postage. Nearly 3 weeks later not heard from them and called again to be told they were still testing it. After 17 days ? I think not. Refused to replace it and refused to refund postage. I do now have the cost of the cat flap refunded and have reported them to trading standards. Clearly had no intention of contacting me and every intention of keeping my money until threatened with small claims court. Seriously, don’t go near this company.

I placed an Order and was told it would be 3 days if in stock and 7 days if not in stock.

Not wanting to pester them I left it 10 days before I started emailing as to where was my Order etc. I just kept getting replies like ... 'when your item is in I will let you know'.

5 'chasing' emails later, the last 2 not replied to ... I found out later that the guy was out on site, but no 'out-of-office' auto reply had been set so I would know and not get mad ... as by this time 3 weeks had gone by!

I phoned and long story short, my Order had never been placed with their Suppliers! The guy who took the Order had passed my Order into the MasterPlastics system, but no follow up had been done and my Order had 'died'.

I spent £120 in scaffold hire charges (just saying) and waited 3 weeks for my Ordered items which were never ordered! No follow-up was done after taking my money, just fob-off type responses to my emails like ... 'when it arrives in stock, I will let you know.

Despite detailed delivery instructions and phone number provided, order was dumped at building site half a mile away. Had to fetch it when builder recognised my name and rung me. Dont bother emailing as they dont respond and if you ring make sure youve plenty of time to spare. Avoid if possible!!

Ordering online was easy, along with parting with my money. No delivery notice, vague on telephone "sometime next week, we'll be In touch!". It did arrive but with no notice, dumped on driveway with no contact. Luckily my neighbour kept an eye on it until I got home. He did say "a builders van took a few drive by,s" best part of 1k could have gone as easy as anything. Not impressed.

Ordered a conservatory, great price and arrived after 6 weeks as expected. Great product. Also costumer service have been fabulous-would highly recommend

Ordered online as stock shown. Fulfilled by Masterplastics, Bristol. First off, overcharged - additional ecotax . Refuned. 4 calls, expecting delivery tomorrow. No doubt getting deliveries but not Fishmate feeders. After 4 weeks of runaround, canceled. Call operators not willing to try to find out why or when actual delivery may take place just, "there on order".

Ordered a cat flap tunnel replacement, but it didn't fit, sent it back they told me no refund because it was broken. What a waste of time and money. Thanks for nothing.

No confirmation of order or delivery details, 3 emails sent after 7 days no reply tried phoning unable to get through.
Then after 9 days the wrong items delivered.
Promised when I eventually got through on the phone promised a refund, still no refund recieved!.
DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY , YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Terrible service, the website picture didn't represent what I was sent. A price of £120 to £140 was quoted to pick up and swap my £30 order CRAZY! I very rarely review, but wanted to make people aware, best get them to send you samples before you part with your money. I've since dealt with TrulyPVC for Quadrant Trim, had a great service

Absolutely amazing service.
Being a woman with a list of items I needed to get, I had no idea what I was buying. I made several phonecalls to Master Plastics to make sure I was ordering the right items. Customer service was faultless. Always every accommodating and helpful. The plastics arrived within a few days of ordering.
Absolutely faultless.. Thank you guys for all your help. Highly recommended.

Paid for what we were told was a 24 hour delivery, this didn’t happen, when I chased the order I was told it should be 24 hours once it’s at the carrier, also no tracking details are available, not good service for quite an expensive shipping cost! When the delivery did arrive they had put the wrong address on the package, luckily the driver checked the invoice or, as he said, the shipment would have been returned. Product itself was fine, they just need to review delivery procedures.

Utterly useless company. We ordered polycarbonate sheeting, paid in advance, then receive an email saying the order is cancelled, with no explanation or apology. Just one line "Your order is cancelled".

We tried phoning them and there was no answer. Terrible customer service. We will NEVER use them again.
