Placed an order on the 23rd of January for a bay canopy. After around 2 weeks of no contact, I contacted the company to ask for an update of delivery as our customer was keen to have the works carried out ASAP. Was advised that although the usual delivery times are between 2 and 3 weeks, the company’s supplier had taken on a large contract and had to fulfil this before any other orders were sent out and they had large backlog so would get back to us as soon as possible. Another week passed and of course not one phone call. Called to chase up again, told the same story but was told that they would contact the supplier and get back to us by the end of the week. Again, heard nothing. Us calling chasing updates, getting told we would get a call back and hearing nothing carries on for another week, we were also told that it should hopefully be delivered by the end of what was the 5th week (all whilst we have our own customer looking for updates which we cannot provide) of course, that delivery never came. I called again at the beginning of the 6th week and was told that they would contact the supplier and give me a call back, this time surprisingly they did call back. The canopy was out for delivery, but the van was experiencing problems and had to go into the garage but that it was a minor issue and we would receive the delivery by the end of the week. I asked for evidence of this, as by this point, I just felt they were trying to palm us off for another few days, no evidence could be provided due to data security. Delivery arrived this morning thankfully. Will not be going near this company again.

Waited ages for delivery. Then wrong part come. Then waited ages again after being told twice it would be sent out

Initially had some trouble with this order and gave a 1 star review. It was late and then wrong items were delivered. But to be fair, they fixed the issues the next week so have added some stars back.

After 4 days received an email saying processing. Rang after a week to be put on hold for 10 minutes then to be told it would be another week to receive the goods. Terrible customer service. Wish I'd read the reviews before using them.

Do not use this company if you intend on getting your project finished - missed their delivery date - apparently all 150 boards that they ordered were damaged - sent 3 emails - no response - cancelled for refund after a month of waiting

NOW 4TH October and not sent out!

THEY SAID they had flooding on the 4th October 2021 so please dont use that excuse again! What have you been flooded the day i placed my order? flood still there? Flood on my roof too soon if i dont get it protected with fascias i wish i didnt order from you now!

Placed an order online for something that was meant to be in stock and on 2 days delivery. After a week of waiting I rang them and they said the particular item is on 12 weeks lead time... Managed to change the order to something similar that was suitable and had it delivered week after, but if I didn't ring I would be clueless

I have used this company before. We’re really good. I don’t know what has happened to them but they have taken my money and not delivered the goods. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE AS YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR GOODS.
Same as previous comments, can’t get hold of them and their phone service is rigged.

Shocking waste of time. Echo everyone else's comments, take your order and payment, don't ship the goods, don't reply to emails and their telephone system is rigged to always say you're 2nd in the queue but you'll NEVER get through. Reported to VISA for trading fraudulently, hopefully stop other people being ode-frauded too.

I’m not happy with with usc or hermes they have no care what do ever about my parcel all I keep getting is I’ll get a email or message in 2 days every time I either want a refund or my delivery to be here in the next 2 working days?!

Rubbish company, ordered something two weeks ago, states normally dispatched in 1-2 days, still not dispatched, I’ve heard nothing and they don’t answer the phone or reply to emails

I have used Fascias.com on several occasions and have found them to be a decent company.
Delivery times can be hit and miss, but if you are organised enough to leave enough lead-in time, this company has the most comprehensive range of rainwater goods at reasonable prices.
The finish on their fascia/soffit boards are good quality and you can purchase all the matching components required in one place.
Some items are coloured to order, which is not made clear when ordering, which accounts for the long lead-in/delivery time. This really does need to be explained on the website prior to ordering.
Due to their extensive range and good prices, it is not surprising that they are extremely busy, which accounts for the difficulty in contacting them by phone. Having said that, i did get a call back when i couldn't get through to anyone, which is a rarity in my experience.
The guys at Fascia.com also pulled out the stops to dispatch a replacement fascia (due to my contractor ruining the original, just before my scaffold was due to be struck!) which i really appreciated.
