I received concierge service from the Massage Chair Store. They called me and spoke to me directly to thank me for my order and walked me through the shipping and delivery experience and the information was spot on. Although, I received my chair slightly earlier than expected, but who can complain about. They were quick and courteous when responding to questions or concerns. The concierge even extended to the delivery company. They were polite and accommodating. I have boasted to others about my entire experience. They all provided exceptional experience for sure.

After hours of research on my own via Costco chair try and countless google search of products/reviews, I finally called the chair store. I spoke with Rick and after a zero pressure conversation he recommended a similar chair I was looking at but cheaper in price. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommended a call to Rick first to save yourself hours of time.

I was reluctant to go to the showroom. Because I thought I might be pressured into a purchase. I was extremely happy that there was absolutely no pressure! Bernie was extremely knowledgeable and I learned a lot. He said I had some things to consider. I came back on Monday and got a fantastic price on the perfect chair for me.

I did not opt for the white glove service and happy with that choice. The delivery drivers called it "threshold" where they moved it up my 4 outside steps and into my front door. Perfect.

Super easy to attach the snap-on wings, even for this petite senior. Was getting my demo massage within the first hour after delivery.

My only comments re: room-for-improvement would be the two days it took to get an email receipt, which had me a bit concerned. Buying something expensive online is concerning enough. But once I had a name with which to communicate, things were golden. I asked for shipping details/timelines to level set my expectations and that was answered quickly and completely. I would recommend they notify buyers of who the shipping partners will be though. Island Deliveries in the midwest seemed very odd. When receiving communications from strangers it can be scammers, especially this time of year. I used caution before clicking any links.

My sales Rep is awesome although I got denied at first. He kept me updated with new sales, chairs etc! Can’t wait to receive our new chair!

The best thing I liked about this was the consultation I got I had many questions and they were all answered a couple of days later I called back again with more questions and they were answered I ended up getting a massage chair completely perfect for my size and height. I'm so very happy with this chair and would recommend it to anybody
