My wife greatly enjoys the chair. We use it daily. Bernie was professional and very helpful. It is the first chair we bought and we are hooked.

I even received the chair two weeks sooner before I was told I would get it that was awesome.

The crate/box looked like it had been through a war. I didnt even want to unpack it. Call the service department and they assured me that if there was an issue they would resolve it. It all looked ok until I started the assembly. The mounting screw and mounting clips were missing for the right side assembly. Again I called service and they sent the parts out and I had them in a few days. Finishing the assembly the chair works without a flaw. My only question is as the company states every chair is fully tested. How can that be if you cant assembly it without the missing parts?! Customer service could not answer that question., but all in all I love the chair. The price was excellent and a condition grade of B was more than fair. Customer service was beyond exceptional thnx guys.

We were told they would deliver into the first threshold of the home. That was not the case.

Bernie was great. The company stayed in contact with me for delivery dates. Only problem we had was the delivery company. They held the chair for 3 weeks and kept saying they’re waiting for more deliveries to the coast. We ended up having to go get the chair 2-1/2 hours away. Not the fault of the chair company be any means. Chair is awesome. Friends come over just to relax and get a nice massage. Thanks Bernie!

We purchased it online for our laundromat. It was a quick process and delivered in just a few weeks. It’s been almost a year since the purchase and have had no problems with it. It gets used maybe just a handful of times during the day and wiped down at the end of the night. We thought it would do better as a vending machine in the store since no other facilities around have any massage chairs but hasn’t done as great as we thought, but we are in a small town

They advertised a used in refurbished chair, but it came with a 1-year warranty which they actually honor. Also the chair is in really great condition I sit in it everyday. I highly recommend.

I purchased a Kyota 688 massage chair. The chair is great but not perfect. It comes with many featuers and customization so anyone cam personalize their massage experience. The massage rollers are great and provide a deep massage from the back of ypur neck to the glutes. Zero G is great and the back warmer works well tk loosen tight muscles. My only complaint is the compression on the arms is very weak. I want a tight squeeze and its only mediocre. Shipping was faster than expected and set up was vrry easy. I would purchase again from The Massage Chair store.

My chair was shipped quickly. As a grade A chair (huge discount) I expected a few blemishes, but as described none were visible. The chair looks and operates like new. Making an expensive purchase online is risky, but rest assured massage chair store is legit.

We thoroughly enjoy our E330 Kofuko Massage Chair. It exceeded our expectations. I used to suffer from morning back pain. Now I do two massages a night, and the pain has gone away. The chair is very popular with our family, so much so that I need to wait my turn to use it.
