I would not recommend using Marble Law based on my experience.

This company operates as a third-party service, and in my situation, I felt misled and charged for services that were not properly delivered. My interaction with Lisa Porter in Houston was especially concerning. When I had questions and did not feel comfortable signing a document, I was pressured and told that services would not continue unless I complied. That experience felt intimidating and unprofessional.

After deciding to cancel services, I was still charged, and attempts to stop payments have been difficult. Despite multiple efforts to reach them, I have not received proper responses, and the issue has been ongoing since November.

If you are looking for legal assistance, I strongly encourage you to take your time, do thorough research, and consider working directly with a lawyer in person rather than going through a third-party service.

This has been a frustrating and stressful experience, and I hope others can avoid going through the same situation.

Took almost a year and two trips to court to get divorced. I’m coming up in my dismissal date and I’m still married. Not pleased. Court houses are quick to give people a marriage license but not quick to give divorces even when the other person does nothing during the whole process

Marble law is a scam and fraudulent company they fails to deliver promised legal services after taking client payments.
The client promised one level of service during the initial sale pitch, but received a severely limited scope of representation once they paid and signed the contract.
Client have difficulty getting their money back, with marble law, claiming the fees were already earned for minimal or non existent work.
They request for thousands of dollars in additional fees for basic services that were supposedly included
I had a terrible,awful experience with marble law the decision to hire them was a regrettable and unfortunate. Thier misleading and misguided agents and website aimed to persuade and convince people in to believing
They will be better of going with them instead of hiring a professional experienced real attorney.
The lawyers they contact with are third rate and mediocre at best. Not to mention some of them were suspended for unethical conduct.

failed miserably to present a persuasive argument and execute a plan to persuade the judge to make a ruling in our favor.
Instead my case kept dragging and they kept asking for more outrageous amount of money, so I had to file them.
My advice is to stay away from them and DO NOT do business with them because you will get burned and waste all your money with out accomplishing anything.

I know that I am at the inception of my legal journey. However, I feel in heart, compelled to say this with humility. Justin Ennis went out of his way to accommodate me. I felt validated as a new client. He was thorough, polite, knowledgeable, benevolent and put my mind at ease. I wholly appreciated the efforts made. If anyone has a legal matter, I encourage you to speak to them.

I appreciate them for connecting me with an excellent lawyer who is doing a good job. There were a couple of problems, though, at the level of the “firm”. We had barely begun the PERM process and had gotten the prevailing wage when some unexpected events happened and we had to start over. To be clear, the PERM process has 5 steps and we had only completed the 1st. In order to continue we had to redo the first step. Marble wanted to charge an additional $7000 on top of the approximately $5000 we had already paid for the employment based VISA and adjustment of status. I tried to explain that all that needed to be redone was the very first step in the process but there seemed no way to explain this to either the person in charge of our case or the people in charge of payments. Thank goodness our lawyer was reasonable and being very careful to follow the exact agreement which we had already signed she was able to file for a new prevailing wage and we are now on the second step of the process to which we had previously agreed.

I felt really listend to and that I mattered Lisa potter reminded me that there is still hope to be a father to my wonderful kids also made me belive that she will make sure to help that im apart of my children's lifes

I had a simple divorce case. I used their recommended credit card for payment of $4000. The lawyer they sent me was completely inept. He was even put in contempt of court for a no show. Ridiculous. Worst lawyer experience ever. And now they won't take my calls for a refund, which is destroying my credit. Do not use these clowns. Maybe you'll get lucky, I did not. Do not use Marble Law!!

this company is a scam, they automaticly put me on the 1 price for all services only to find out it was for each level of service, the 1st level they charged me $2000 for something that would have only cost $400 max, then I found out I needed to pay for another level for service for another $2000, this attorney didn't do anything because the worked needed required the next level of service and didn't do anything at all for me, at that time I retained another attorney, Marble has yet to refund me for the 2nd level of service that was never performed.

Terrible experience! You’d be better off representing yourself! I have more question now than I had before Marble law. My attorney closed my case without informing me, and without anything being done outside of filing a response to a petition. Kendall Olsen informed me that it wasn’t the attorney, she was only obeying the Marble contract. I paid $3000 for an attorney to fill out a petition! The counterclaim came to me for review before submission and good thing it did because it was someone else’s name and mine on the response. Some of the line items were also answered incorrectly! $3000 for a template that I ultimately filled out myself? Oh you will also pay the filing fees…that’s not included in the amount. I initially contacted Marble for assistance with having my children’s father served for child support. She wasn’t able to obtain any information about that before he served me for custody. Because of that my attorney said we could kill two birds with one stone and address child support when we go to court for the petition. Right after she filed it, she’d closed my case. I found out by contacting Marble after my attorney became unreachable, Huh? How? I don’t even know when the court date is for the petition! Marble said it would be an additional $3200+ for representation during mediation! Smh. This was by far the worst experience. I never met my attorney, and when I asked if we could meet, my question was ignored. Oh, I did inquire about the court date, but obtained it before my attorney responded. When she did respond, she said she wasn't able to obtain the court date for the petition, but when she did, she would inform me (paraphrasing). Since I had the information she was unable to obtain, I just sent it her way. In hindsight, I would have retained an attorney at a law firm and just put it on my credit card. This is highway robbery for work you ultimately do for yourself.

I had a cut and dry divorce case I started January of 2025, no children, no property shared, no shared bank accounts or shared money, no child support or spousal support and we had only been married for 6 months. I was told my divorce would cost $3,000, I was also told that they where the most affordable and anywhere else would cost me at leat $6,000. When my soon to be ex was served the response to the divorce, I asked my attorny's (Gina) paralegal (Melissa) what the response was for and the details and what would happen if he responded or did not repond, her response to me was "We will cross that bridge when we get there" Melissa refused to give me any more details, therefore costing me an additional $3,000 after I pressured my ex to sign and file the response (That I paid for $450, not knowing that that would make him a legal participant in the divorce due to Gina and Melissa's lack of communication and care for me as their). After attempting to contact Gina multiple times for multiple days, I finally got a response from her that she was out of town for her wedding (which she kept from me) and would not be continueing with my case until she returned in 2-3 weeks. I requseted a new attorney for my case. Here we are over a year later (March 2026), my case has been dropped my Marble stating that the case is closed even though I am still not divorced and Marble has not paid the second attorney and will ot respond to any of my phone calls or emails. They never paid my second attorney and that attorney now wants $5,000 to finish my divorce. This is the worst company, DO NOT HIRE MARBEL FOR ANYTHING, they do not pay their attorny's, they rob you out of your hard earned money and leave you with nothing to show for it.
