Didn’t really seem like they wanted to help was just trying to get some information together then I get a message where they can’t help

I would strongly advise anyone considering Marble Law to stay far away.

My fiancé and I were completely misled. We paid for services that were promised to be completed within 2–3 weeks—but six months later, we finally received the documents. Six months. Not because they were efficient, attentive, or even honest, but only after weeks of repeated calls, countless emails, and finally demanding action from headquarters. Even then, they refused to acknowledge our right to cancel, claiming that delivery of the documents somehow nullifies our dissatisfaction.

This experience has been exhausting, frustrating, and deeply disappointing. It has shaken our trust in a process that should have been straightforward and professional. To anyone reading this: every caution you’ve seen about hiring them is true. Go anywhere else. Your time, money, and peace of mind are far too valuable to gamble on a company like this.

I can not get a response from the attorney that was assigned to me. Gregory Houseworth is not communicating with me nor any other marble team members. I have contacted marble to get a new attorney and I can’t have a new attorney assigned until Gregory Houseworth signs and submits a document to remove himself from my case. I signed that document months ago and it still has yet to be submitted to the court. Another paralegal sent an email to Gregory Houseworth to see what is going on, if the form has been submitted and when we expect to have it done with no response. This is ridiculous I have been paying for a service from an incompetent attorney who can not communicate at all. Words of advice if recommended Gregory Houseworth say NO you do not want to throw your money away on a worthless attorney.

They were the only people who gave me any hope in my situation.

Marble law is the worst company to go to and if I didn't have to give them one star I wouldn't. I hired them to help my granddaughter keep her from losing her son to the little boy's father who has never been around him and he's three marble law was supposed to do a great job and help us out right away and said that would be not a problem they would be more than happy to help him stay in his home. So the first attorney they got me rocked on for three and a half weeks then calls up and says oh I'm 4 hours away from you I can't take this I'll have to find you a new attorney so he calls up the marble law office and turns this shit over to them and then they send me another attorney that attorney works on it for oh about a week and a half almost two weeks and then calls me up and says hey I don't handle this this is child custody I only handle divorces need to find you I know another attorney I said good God where is this going so they get me the next Attorney the third one and she's nice but it was too late by that time the other party has already filed we've already been to court once it's possible that I will lose my son over this because marble law could not get the paperwork set up properly like they said they were going to do and kept telling me this was the no problem that he would be staying in his home and that we would file first well with all the wonderful things that they didn't do the other party filed first and I guess you can tell what happened from there my grandmother is on a disability and doing everything she can I was 16 when I got pregnant and had him I'll be 20 this year but being young and no Financial to pay for my grandmother stepped up to help and this is what we got out of this $2,800 no refund no giving in no helping out no nothing just 2,800 for services and rendered Oh wait we're going to charge you $2,800 so we can help you lose your child so people beware do not hire marble law you'd be better off to go in town then ever take a chance on marble law especially with child custody laws and rules best of luck to anybody that decides to go and hire them you will be sorry hopefully not as sorry as we are

I have serious concerns regarding Attorney Joseph Baker mishandling of my matter, including his lack of preparation, poor communication, failure to understand the facts of my case, and conduct that caused me to lose confidence in whether my interests were being properly represented.
My concerns include the following:
Mr. Baker did not represent me well and I do not believe I received competent, diligent advocacy.
He has failed to communicate appropriately, including not responding to emails and not returning phone calls in a timely manner.
He was not familiar with the mediation results, which is extremely concerning given the importance of those discussions and outcomes.
When I asked him questions regarding what occurred in mediation and what was discussed, he did not remember, and it appeared that he had not taken notes or otherwise maintained an adequate record of the proceedings.
I was left with the impression that his actions and approach were more favorable to the petitioner than to his own client, which caused me serious concern regarding whether my interests were being fully and properly protected.
Most concerning, my final judgment paperwork included documents or information belonging to another client, which is a serious and unacceptable error involving case handling and confidentiality.
These issues are not minor. They have caused me to lose confidence in the quality of legal representation I received and raise significant concerns regarding competence, diligence, communication, and proper handling of confidential legal documents.
