Great communication and amazing experience! Gave as a gift and was absolutely loved!

Maisie has been upfront, anpologetic and honest but the production and delivery of a simple T-shirt took 3 weeks and much angst and time wasted chasing. Lovely product when it did eventually arrive and I just hope this is a one off blip in the delivery process.
For this order in isolation I sadly can’t give more than a two.

I’ve ordered several pictures from Maisie’s Munch over the last few years and each time Maisie has been a pleasure to deal with. She is quick to respond and very amendable to trying every mad idea that I’ve thrown at her! She is incredibly talented and has managed to totally capture the bespoke things I wanted like a landrover, bicycle, dachshund and spaniel. A Maisie’s Munch picture is such a special, thoughtful gift - definitely to be recommended as you know the recipient will be blown away by your thoughtfulness!

Maisie was sadly given a one star review unjustly due to a customer expecting free work, that she understandably couldn’t make viable.

She handled the situation really well and continues to make beautiful work. Small businesses like Maisie’s Munch need actual support and shouldn’t be expected to work without reward. Keep up your wonderful illustrations Maisie!
