Poor return policy, so stuck with wrong size
The order was placed successfully and arrived promptly, with excellent packaging. All the items were ordered in the same size, and most fit perfectly. However, one item was smaller than the others, even though it had the same size label. Unfortunately, a return is not possible due to the lack of a return policy, which is quite disappointing, as I am now stuck with the item.

In cases where the items are different styles, such as a sweatshirt and a hoodie, there can be slight variations in fit due to the manufacturer’s specifications, which we disclose in our size chart.

Over the moon with my print
I was a bit nervous ordering art online, but this was spot on. The colours look just like the photos, the paper feels properly premium, and it arrived in a sturdy tube with no bends. Popped it in a frame and it’s already brightened the room. Friendly updates, no faff. I’ll be back for another.
