Friendly, professional and caring company.
I have been with this company for over 5 years and throughout that time have always found them extremely friendly, professional and very willing to be of assistance when I have needed to contact them. Recently I needed to change my franking machine due to its age, and the service I received was excellent. The replacement machine was delivered as promised and I received a telephone call from Liam Farr who took the time to guide me through the setup and installation of the new machine, making the process smooth, easy and efficient. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this company to my friends and colleagues should they have need of a franking machine and/or mail supplies.

Arrived quickly. Was worried when I saw the packaging but no need for concern. The envelopes were in a sub divided box then wrapped in recyclable outer. All envelopes in great condition.

Excellent! The products are good but it was the customer service and support which made all of the difference to me. I'm not very technical, and worried about setting up new equipment, but the support team assisted me at every step and ensured business continuity. I would highly recommend.

A fantastic family run company who care!!!
A company who actually cares about their relationships with customers. I have only bought items from them relating to packaging for parcels.
All excellent!!
One of my purchases was faulty (an electric pump) - no one’s fault except potentially the manufacturer.
I emailed them received a very prompt response apologising and within two days I had a brand new one delivered to my home.
It arrived before I shipped the faulty one back to them. Trust……not much of that about these days. I’m not a huge business which is going to provide massive profit for Mailcoms but what I am is a loyal customer and any materials I need to buy will be from them!
Simple as!!!

Absolutely brilliant service
We chose Mailcoms as they are a family run business just like our own. This machine will be the second from Mailcoms. They advised when it was to be delivered with instruction on what to do once it arrived. Received the new machine and rang for assistance in setting up. Called & spoke to Dan in Technical Support. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. New machine set up easily as I am not the best at tech, Dan made it a seamless transition. Would have no hesitation & would highly recommend Mailcoms.

What an experience. If only every company was like this!
Received a new machine and rang for assistance in setting up. Got through on the phone in no time at all and transferred to Daniel in Technical Support. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Exceptional service! Went Above and Beyond!
I ordered my promotional items on 27/09/2022 with a priority delivery, for an event I was holding on 02/10/2022. Unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding I did not get them as expected on 30/09/2022. I left a reactionary review on 30/09/2022 which I have now deleted as the Maning Director contacted me personally and the lengths taken to help me were exceptional.
He contacted me late evening on the 30/09/2022 on receipt of my review and after a few text exchanges he had personally arranged for my order to be hand delivered to my colleague's house on the morning of 01/10/2022 (Out of hours) so I had my products in time for my event.
Whereas most corporate companies would have left off close of play on 30/09/2022 and then picked up my email on return on Monday, being a family run business as Mailcoms Ltd, it's the personal touches that stand out and the lengths taken to get my products to me has more than compensated. I will definitely be using this company again.
