I asked for TECHNICAL support from Mailcoms. Their technician DANIEL JONES rang. He was incredibly hostile and very unhelpful. Started shouting. suggesting it wasnt their problem. Wasnt prepared to help - i managed to get the help on you tube

I dealt with Ashley Macey and the whole process was incredibly easy, he turned up when he said he would, it was all straightforward with requesting a visit, I was kept informed of everything that was happening and given estimates on the final resolution date etc, thoroughly easy and great service, highly recommend and Ashley was very helpful and nice to deal with.

Has anybody got the problem like mine? i left Mailcoms and stopped using the frank machine in February 2025. Afterwards I found that they took money from my bank. i phoned them and they said they were no longer to serve me. Until now I haven't got my money back. Now they keep send me a invoice for April 2025 of software and royal mail updating. i phoned them and they said I have to pay software and Royal Mail updating fee even I left them and stopped using the frank machine. Before, they said they would collect the machine to swipe every thing. But they did not do that instead they charged me more than £ 102.
The reply from mailscom is not all true. I don't think some members of their staff know everything about the contract. Last December I phoned to ask stop service and the lady said "the contract finished in March next year and you can write a letter before March". I said "it is ok that I write a letter in February "and she said ok.in February I wrote a letter to stop service but they said that I need to write a letter 3 months before the contract finished. 3 months before contract finished is last December when I phoned them.
That is exactly the time when I phoned them last December. Why they didn't say "ok, can you write a letter" why they told me "write a letter before contract finished" after I wrote a letter I have got about £100 in the machine. They told me that I still can use machine and I used the machine I think till march. If they told me that I have to pay for April updating I would not use it at all.
I signed contract with mailcoms and give all bank details to mailcoms. On my bank one called Pitneybows taking money for so many years.i didn't know that it's another company before untill the problems come. I contact mailcoms and they said that they were no longer served me. Until now the £65 not been refunded.

We had an issue with the print head of our franking machine. Fortunately we were left in the capable hands of Ash Macey. Ash helped us diagnose the issue and went out of his way to arrange a new print head just before the cut off for deliveries at the end of the day. This arrived the next morning, he then followed up to see if we needed assistance and sent a video detailing how to replace the component. First time dealing with Mail Coms, very happy with the service. Ash was friendly, helpful and a real pleasure to talk to. Very decent.

10/10 Company! Their customer service is excellent and their prices are very competitive. I have been a customer of Mailcoms for a few years now. I purchase the refill blue ink for my franking machine at home. The cost is 1/4 of the price for ink at Quadient. Last year when I sent My cartridge back to be refilled, it was lost in transit and I had no proof of purchase. But Mailcoms kindly gave me a free ink cartridge. I was so pleased and grateful. Had it not been for their generosity, I would have paid for two ink cartridges. This year I made sure to get proof of purchase when returning my empty cartridge. Nick Wallett emailed me once they received the cartridge and said I should receive the new one in a couple of days. Mailcoms also sends a complimentary bag of sweets in with my orders. It's the small things that make this company stand out from the rest and encourages you to remain a loyal customer with them. I wish I had more things I needed to purchase from Mailcoms other than ink. Overall, I'm very happy with their service and I'm sure they will continue to expand and grow as a business.

Ash Macey was marvellous, he has helped me out on numerous occasions and in particular today setting up a new franking machine with our logo which was proving tricky for me. Ash and his colleagues are always cheerful and quick to respond to any queries, cannot recommend them enough!

I was extremely happy with the way Ashley dealt with an issue I was having with my franking machine. He quickly pinpointed the problem and sent out a replacement part which arrived the next morning. He patiently talked me through the process of installation and answered all my questions and ran me through testing the machine to ensure all working okay. I could not fault the service given.

Our franking machine had seen the last of its days and given up on us (it was ancient) but Mailcom were very easy to work with and after tests of our machine it was decided to replace it. Ashley Macey in particular was very helpful and assisted in the set up and functions of our new machine and has offered his assistance if ever needed which is reassuring.
