Very disappointed and deeply concerned.
From my point of view This agency is completely unsafe for babies. Their screening process is extremely poor , they keep rotating the same six nannies for weeks, most of whom have no real babysitting experience, zero hygiene, bad smell, and no sense of responsibility.

At one point, they even sent someone who returned drunk, which is absolutely unacceptable. I asked for a trained nanny, yet they sent a chef instead this shows a total lack of seriousness and professionalism.

The managers make endless promises to follow up or arrange proper interviews, but no one ever does. Communication is poor, and accountability is missing.
Parents please don’t risk your child’s safety with Maids CC.

I had the help of Arlene, Clara and Naomi to train my maid. They are extremely experienced and professional. They covered all areas my maid needed to learn.
I am very thankful to have this support from Maid CC.

Chef Clara is very good. Very professional and give very well training to the maid.

Arlene, the cleaning trainer, is super capable, she is into the details in cleaning and ironing, doing a perfect job and teaching. If there was one more star I would add six stars for her!

I would leave a star rating of -10 if I could. Maid cc promised my maid an additional salary per month. She has not received this due to an error on their side. We have been following it up for more than 1 week and maid cc have acknowledged that they have made an error but are refusing to pay her. They are saying she needs to wait until next month. They said that the maid can go to the accommodation and collect the cash but the accommodation isn’t nearby. I have 3 children with the oldest being 4. I cannot drive her there, and nor should I given it’s their mistake. I suggested that they send a driver to our house with the cash but apparently this isn’t possible. Not sure why this isn’t possible given they can send a driver to deliver a maid and they also confirmed that the cash is at the accommodation. Clearly they are doing whatever they can to avoid paying her the money that is rightfully hers.

Maid cc lack compassion and integrity. They are playing with peoples livelihoods and that isn’t fair. I will not hire a maid through maid cc again due to this misalignment in values.

I had a very bad experience with Maid CC. I sponsored my maid’s visa through them and paid for two years. However, after only six months, the maid said she wanted to leave. All the money I spent went to waste. When I informed Maid CC about the situation, they completely ignored me and said there is nothing I can do because the maid can cancel her visa anytime she wants. There are no employer rights or proper support from their side. They take money for the visa but provide no help or responsibility afterward. Very unprofessional and disappointing service — I would not recommend dealing with them.

Chef Clara was very helpful for Shirley to learn her how to cook. The dishes were tasty! Thank you for your help 🙏

Very very poor service, maids personal hygiene is bad. The smell is very bad.

The service team is poor & unprofessional. Last mintues maid delivery cancellation . The watsapp service is veryyyyy poor, you are talking to a machine, wasting soo much time for simple request.

Appointments are mixed up. They claim maids have experience and they do not the basics. I am very disappointed. They cost more than 8k derham for 2.5 months with very poor quality!

Horrific service - never trust a nanny from this company. The last nanny was sleeping with men in our bed when we were on holiday! We gave them another chance but this time we brought the nanny to Spain with us on holiday and half way through she began to tell us she knows her job and won’t do the ironing now and starting her shifts 30mins late while relaxing and eating and being on TikTok live. We sent her back to Dubai early only to find out after she left that she threw my Amiri shoes in the garbage on purpose and the bag was disposed of without us knowing. Tried to contact Maids cc and they blocked us from the app and sided with the nanny, not to mention the previous nanny was sleepingg with different men in our bed when we were travelling. This is a pathetic company on all levels. Disgusting!

Clara is very talented and is a great cook she ensures the nanny does everything n her own and watches her

Lor is honestly amazing at what she does. So structured, so clear and all ears to the customers need. Works hard and tries finding the right fit depending on what we ask.

Chef Clara did a great job of helping Modesta feel confident in the kitchen and letting her know that it’s okay to ask questions or search for answers online if she’s not familiar with ingredients.

Aya was great she called me and listened to all the requirements and in an hour she prepared 3 matches and we actually really liked one. Hopefully she will be the suitable candidate for the family

The worse company and specially customer care in Dubai
Don’t trust them with nothing
They don’t care about the maids and who has contracts they are so messy and most of the time took money and don’t pay to maid and ask maid to get cash from us. The most useless thing it’s the customer care
Many things there is not clear and they just took money to do them stuff instead give salary of this poor womens on the time and full
No words for the support team

I have very very bad experience with maid cc they wast my time for visa process 1 month and 6 days starting time they said they will complete just in 8 days but so so late and I lost my expensive things in my country because I can't go with out visa so don't go there .Muhammad Arshad
