The experience with maids.cc has been great so far. A maid was sent to me immediately when I had an urgent need for extra help. She is very pleasant, eager to help and willing to learn. Today Arlene came for a complementary training session. She did a fantastic job giving my helper very clear instructions and guidance on how to organize and clean meticulously. I would highly recommend maids.cc for their excellent service not only to provide the maids but ensure the needs of both parties are met.

Terrible service and support.
Late picking up a maid.
Late dropping off a new maid by 3 hours.
Maid arrived and couldn't figure out where building was so just left.
Tried to send another one and only recieved constant updates of estimating ETA.

I paid more than AED 9k to maids.cc UAE. My maid's Emirates ID application stuck at ICP since 8 Dec for a simple passport clarification. PRO WhatsApp never responded, prev channel WhatsApp number no longer response once they gave me PRO WhatsApp number. They automated all my reply saying I need to contact PRO as they wont entertain my msg anymore. no escalation channel. Visited the physical office in reem island but they also cannot do anything as they can only send my complaint through WhatsApp number. No call back from customer service whatsoever. Now, with no eid, my maid salary/WPS affected and she can’t access bank account. They deducted my money for maid salary since the 1st dec but until today my maid cannot get access to her bank account. Very disappointing post-payment service.If maid. Cc customer support is reading this please contact me immediately
Update (February 2026):
The Emirates ID has now been received and the matter is resolved.
However, the overall experience was stressful. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent, with limited escalation channels and delayed responses.
There was also confusion regarding the Emirates ID delivery. The card was redirected to the maids.cc office in Dubai without my request, and I had to follow up multiple times to ensure it was sent back to my home address in Abu Dhabi. Clearer coordination and proactive communication would have avoided unnecessary anxiety.
Additionally, the salary process was unclear. Payment is deducted from the employer at the beginning of the month, but the maid’s salary is only credited by the 4th or 5th of the following month. This timing structure was not clearly explained upfront and can create confusion regarding payroll transparency.
While I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, the process could have been handled more professionally, especially considering the service cost.
I have updated my rating from 1 star to 3 stars to reflect that the issue has now been resolved. I hope future customers will experience clearer communication and smoother coordination.

My experience with maids.cc was extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable.
We dealt with several nannies — Isabel, Beatrice (Africa), and Jay (Philippines) in particular — and unfortunately the level of professionalism, care, and basic competence was very poor. I strongly advise against booking them.
The nannies showed a complete lack of responsibility and common sense. There was no real care or effort, and it became clear that they felt comfortable leaving families and returning to free accommodation without trying to improve or adapt. Sadly, the kinder and more patient we were, the less respect we received.
What is most concerning is the complete lack of training. Basic skills were missing:
• One nanny did not know how to iron
• Another did not know how to prepare a simple sandwich
• Our son once came home severely sunburned, with the excuse that she was not instructed to apply sunscreen more than once — a shocking lack of judgment when caring for a child
This raises serious questions about where the training is, and whether it exists at all.
Additionally, the CVs presented were misleading and false, showing experience that was clearly not real — and this was supported by the company. In reality, there was no genuine experience. There were also incidents of stealing, which completely destroyed any remaining trust.
The company offers verbal “support,” but only up to the point where their own investment is protected. There is no accountability, no consequences, and no real concern for the families or children involved.
We gave this company more than one chance, and every time we were disappointed. I would never trust Maids.cc again, and I would never leave my child with their nannies.
The most telling moment was when I informed my 5-year-old son that the nanny had left. His response was:
“Good, mum. Thank you. I don’t want a nanny.”
I wasn’t even aware how bad it truly was until that moment.

Found a great nanny through maids.cc. Company also provides free training to Nannie’s/housekeepers by request. Our housekeeper/nanny has had two trainings with chef Samrawit Zeleke. Zamrawit is an excellent teacher and they made really great Italian, Moroccan, and Turkish dishes together. Big thanks to Samrawit!

SamrawitZeleke is amazing chef who taught my nanny handling baking and dishes. I shared some foods my nanny did with my neighbors. They liked them. Maid. CC provided us the strongest support through the skilled trainers and chefs. And in my mind, Samrawitzeleke is best one

After being with maid.cc for a month and switching between 4 maids… we requested for a maid manager as we were exhausted of doing inductions again and again. Lor the maid manager had come to our house along with 3 candidates, we were able to ask questions and choose which maid we liked - from this we think we may have found the perfect maid for us! Owe it all to Lor for shortlisting her for us :)

They send videos. You agree on the staff member. They then take your money from your account and then say the staff member is not available.
What’s worse they charge you three extra days and not refund any of it

I’m writing this with deep frustration. MaidsCC was my last hope for finding reliable, qualified nannies, yet in just three months, I had to replace six of them. The constant turnover, lack of professionalism, and poor screening have made this experience extremely stressful for my family.
Here’s a brief summary of what happened:
1. Safety breach from the first nanny.
She took my 2-year-old to the mall without permission, didn’t inform me, bought him McDonalds, and then told me she’s “not a child” to give updates. Completely unacceptable.
2. The second nanny refused to sleep in the kids’ room.
A simple mismatch that should have been clarified by the agency.
3. The third nanny said she can’t take care of my 2-year-old—on day one.
This should have been screened long before she was placed with us.
4. The fourth nanny didn’t want to stay in Abu Dhabi because her friends are in Dubai.
A clear lack of commitment and poor vetting.
5. The fifth nanny refused to communicate at all.
Even after offering her a higher salary and her own visa, nothing improved. Once informed her contract wouldn’t be renewed, she stopped eating completely, creating an uncomfortable environment in my own home.
On top of all this, every replacement happened mid-week while I was at work, leaving me scrambling and forcing sudden transitions on my children. This instability has had a significant negative impact on both of them, especially my toddler who needs consistency.
It truly felt like most of the nannies were looking to get paid without actually doing the job. I hope MaidsCC seriously improves their screening, training, and support for both families and candidates. No parent should have to go through this level of disruption and stress when trusting an agency with their children’s care.
