This business is a complete scam. Their 30% off sale that is ending "today" is on their website 100% of the time. I ordered and gave them grace because they were "so busy" they couldn't ship my order right away... over a month later, I've asked for my refund twice and to cancel my order twice, and now have filed a dispute with my bank trying to get my money back.

I placed my order on May 18th 2024 and it is July 11th and I haven't gotten my order: I have called twice and emailed five and there has been no resolution.

If you don't actually want the items you order, this is a great place. This site knows how to take orders, they simply do not know how to fill and ship the orders.

I emailed multiple times and tried calling (calls cannot actually be placed to their 800 number) so eventually had to dispute the charge with AMEX.

Avoid Magick.com like the planned-demic and its "remedies!"

Complete scam. I placed an order February 29, 2024. I have not received my order, a refund, or any reconciliation for supporting them. The package has been in transit in Hawthorne, CA since March 19, 2024.

I'd leave zero stars if I could.

Don't bother shopping this site. My first order took well over a month to arrive. The site claims shipping is slow due to the volume of orders during the sale.

It's going on 4 months since I placed my second order (3/14/2024) and the most information I've gotten is that they'll check with the warehouse to see if the shipped the items (a tarot deck and an oracle deck.)

I reached out twice by email and heard nothing back after the second email. Then I reached out via FB messenger and *crickets*.

I'm asking to have my order canceled. I found the same items on a well-known bookstore's website. I'm paying more because there's no 30% sale, but I'll have my order a week from day.

I would give a negative star rating it if were allowed here.

Placed my order May 1.
After a month of not receiving even a notice of shipment I emailed and was told they were backed up and would issue a tracking number in 2 weeks. Each time I emailed I was told the same thing. I finally called and was again told the same thing, assurance that it would ship in 2 weeks. To date, I have not received any notification of shipment. I have requested a refund. Certainly smells like a SCAM!!!

It's been over a month since I placed an order, but nothing has shipped. They barely respond to emails (one response out of four emails, so far) and do nothing to rectify the situation. Turnaround time is listed as five business days on their website, but I have been waiting four weeks, and was told that it will be another two weeks before my order "might" ship. They are calling this a "slight delay" but I am calling it fraud, and will be filing a chargeback with my bank.

WARNING!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed my order April 2024 I only received a partial order. The company will delay phone calls,emails,orders and sometimes refund.

I wish I would have found these reviews before giving my money to this SCAM of a company. 3 Months, never received my order, or a refund, and they give me the runaround every time I email customer service. Awful. Its a disgrace that they are selling spiritual tools - may karma screw them as they have screwed so many of us.

I’ve never received my products after waiting for months. I requested a refund and they never refunded my money. Taste others have noted, this company is a scam. Do not buy from them!

Horrible company! Incredibly delayed shipping time, unhelpful and unresponsive customer service, I tried to cancel my order 3 times and they only sent it when I threatened a charge back and didn't want it because it took two months to ship. Horrible!!!

Update: after I requested a charge back with my bank, Isabel contacted me and told me to cancel the "false chargeback" instead of providing any type of support or solution like I had been trying to get for months. Since they did FINALLY ship, I did not get a refund, and am now stuck with herbs that sat around for at least the 2 months it took to ship.

DO NOT BUY from this website! I would give this company a zero (0!) if it was available! Based on my experience, I would say they are a scam! I placed an order with them on 3/19/2024, and still have not received it, or the refund I’ve requested countless times!

I ordered back in May on their 50% off sale.
I reached out to them about my order. I still haven’t received a notice about my shipment. It has been a month.
I’m going to reach out to my bank and dispute the charges for order pending for a month. No delivery. No updates.

Placed an order February 24, 2024. It is now June 21, 2024 and I have not received my order or a refund. Lots of empty promises and excuses. Now, they are just ignoring me.

I ordered 5/20/2024. Sent an email inquiring about status of order on 5/31/2024. Received a response from Isabel on 6/13/2024. Her email included absolutely nothing. No pertinent information about my order or a status update beyond “processing”. No one cares about the sale you've had going on for over a year because you don’t update your site. Its seems as if they don’t have the items in stock in an all actuality and they’re stealing from the customers to cover up a screwup on your end. I haven’t disputed with my bank yet but I might have too smh. To Amazon I go, you get screwed when you try to patronize small businesses these days.

It's been 3 weeks and my order still has not shipped. I've emailed 2x and no response.
