Alright, this will be kind of a longer review, but I’m hopeful folks out there will see this and not freak out if they’ve placed an order recently. I placed a couple of orders within a few days of each other. After a few days, I wanted to look into company reviews and came across this page. What a nightmare. So, what did I do? Assumed I wouldn’t hear from the company or receive my orders. Filed chargebacks and went about my business.

I received correspondence from Mariah stating that my orders were to be fulfilled but they were unable to do so on account of my chargebacks. Initially, I thought they were just out to get my money since all of these reviews painted Magick.com to be just a scam. I let Mariah know that I’m an honest person and if I were to receive any items at all, I’d pay for them. All of my items arrived, they created an invoice for me, and I made to sure to pay for what I received.

Mariah was awesome, so I give her 5 stars. The only reason I’m not giving Magick 5 stars is because I had no idea it would so long to receive my order. I wasn’t in a huge rush, but I was thinking it may take something like 2 weeks max for an order to arrive. At any rate, I got what I ordered, and will place orders again under the assumption that it may take up to a month to receive it. I’m cool with longer delivery times as long as I’m able to factor that into things.

Stay away! Just trust me, STAY AWAY! They will never deliver your stuff. I ordered on May 6, it is now June 3, absolutely nothing in my hands. They ignore emails, and if they even decide to respond, and you have requested a refund, they will not refund you. If you have ordered from here, file a dispute with your bank, don’t even attempt to even email them, it’s useless. I have not seen a single tracking number, and according to these reports here, they won’t even actually give it to USPS if you do get a tracking number, so don’t even try it. Try somewhere else, this website is a total scam and I really hope my bank gives me my money back. I have learned my lesson!

Ordered over 4 months ago and order still hasn't shipped.
I keep getting the same run around messages back but no resolution.
They should not be operating sales until they catch up on backorder. Ugh.

Updated Aug 2024: Still have NOT recieved my order.

Ordered an ashtray in late April this year.
It still hasn't been shipped. I sent a email asking them to refund me after two weeks of no updates on the order. They said if the order had already been processed, the order couldn't be refunded.

I placed my order on May 7th, on May 14th i sent them an email asking for an eta, no response. I sent another email on the 19th asking for eta, finally got a response that the sale was causing a delay, it should be within 5 days, on the 25th i sent another email. No response. Today is May 31st and my order is still unfulfilled. I called my bank today to file a claim and sent an email to magick asking for a refund... i have my fingers crossed

Took my money and never shipped items over 3 months ago will not refund or return emails... update this company is The biggest pos online company I’ve ever run across now they’ve sent me emails saying the order was shipped They don’t know the truth from their ass and no one should order anything from them ever again and if you do, that’s your fault as it was mine for not looking at all the lousy reviews

I ordered a product April 11, 2024, and it never arrived. I wrote repeatedly asking for tracking. They would not give it. End of May I asked for a refund. No response, said it had been picked up by their carrier etc etc. I told my bank & they’ll be filing for a chargeback, and Magick.com says if I do that it will delay my refund by 75 days. Bank says that’s not true and it won’t take that long.

After reading reviews by others I now realize this happens to everyone & that they’re scammers. Hope you’re reading this BEFORE you purchase.

Terrible business!! I order 5 items in late Feb and just got them mid May. That was only after several emails and a ton of phone calls only one of which was ever answered. It ended up I only got 4 of the items! This happened before with them but I had decided to give them another shot. My advice is don't bother unless you are willing to spend a lot of time trying to get your order from them.

I did not read the online reviews, so I fell for the “30% off sale.
I made 3 orders within a few days.
Order one was the largest- it was charged immediately, I received confirmation email. I received shipping confirmation. Nothing for 45 days when I began emails. 3 times I was told the Post Office had it, then after 2 months I was told it is in the warehouse! My bank is dealing with them.
At 45 days I cancelled Order two and was told it was being shipped out - I received it within 2 days. Good quality.
Order 3 I received confirmation, never heard anything else. Cancelled at 45 days... still never heard anything.
Absolutely unreliable!!! They are definitely catfishing for big orders on the “sale” and then keep the money. I also suspect they’re going to try to keep the payment for the large order while only delivering the small second order. Just... DON’T!!!

I should have listened to the reviews of other people. The "sale" never ends, and always restarts the next day. Due to this shipping is delayed. It takes forever for customer service to get back to you, and the excuses I'm getting is the same as the others I've read. Cash grab business, and making the customers wait a ridiculous amount of time for an order or an answer. Do what I should have done, and shop elsewhere.

This company is HORRIBLE! I’m still waiting for an order I made on March 30, 2024!! I have reached out to “customer service” numerous times via email and phone. I’ve only gotten two replies, both with excuses but no concrete answers as to where my items are or if they intend to even refund my money. They are total scammers. So disappointed in my experience with them.

This Web Vendor, Magick seems bogus and completely unreliable is an understatement. Order placed 3/11/24.USPS tracking #created 4/2 but product not given to USPS.
CS #310-698-0332 goes nowhere.
Multiple CS emails back and forth, multiple excuses that didn't make rational sense.... total B$. Many broken promises on shipment projections. Eventually email request for updates went unanswered. Totally ghosted. Magick is a 100% scam illegitimate Web Portal. The good news is I disputed the charge with AMEX before the 60 day window closed.... They investigated and reversed the charge. That should say something. Buy the products this company sells on Amazon or eBay. Magick is ALWAYS running a 30% off sale which is their consumer hook and a leading excuse they use why it's taking so long.

I placed an order with these guys on march 5 2024. It’s May and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve sent countless of emails etc and they still haven’t resolved my issue. Saying the items I selected wasn’t in stock. Well if y’all don’t have it, then why it’s still posted like y’all have it in stock!!!!! Doesn’t makes sense to me at all!!!!. I asked them for a fund and they refused to do so or at least give me a store credit. Still no help, all the customer service rep told me that they will have my order shipped out to me within a couple days. Couple days turned into weeks. And still nothing!!! I’ve ordered from them in the past and things went smoothly. This definitely my last time doing business with them . Take your money elsewhere!!!

I placed an order on the 29th. At the time of writing this, it's already the 11th. They won't respond to my support requests or answer my calls. I'm probably never going to receive my items. I'm planning to ask my credit union how to report this business for scamming me.

magick.com has to be the WORST metaphysical supply company I have ever dealt with.
They had been having a 30% off sale which is apparently still ongoing though seems to have a ticker that indicates the sale will end in 5 hours, which I am pretty sure it said a few days ago too and apparently had no idea how to handle it. So my order from March 16th that had the label printed with your order is on the way around April 17th STILL has not shipped.
I have contacted them multiple times. They keep apologizing for the delays from the sale and from the warehouse restocking because of the sale etc. Okay like if you can't handle a sale to the point that orders are sitting around for nearly TWO MONTHS - then they need to end the sale early and not float it for months on end and if stuff is out of stock then it should be out of stock on the website. If it is out of stock to the point of having to wait two months then refund the out of stock items.

I just told them to refund me, which I am still waiting for because the warehouse doesn't update tracking info so it could plausibly be in transit, but doubtful. if I have not received anything further I am going to call my bank and do a chargeback. I hate to do that. I am MORE Than understanding of the hiccups in running a business and all the moving parts, but this is inexcusable. I understood at first, but why print a shipping label if its not going to be ready to ship for another month??? Last inquiry said probably another two weeks.
They offered me a 5% discount for my troubles like no just refund me and I am never shopping here again. Also I would not recommend them at all.

I'd give it zero stars if I could! I purchased an item on their "30% off" sale 3 months ago. They took my money, and never sent my item. I requested a refund, still waiting on it. DO NOT spend your money here, unless you're okay with waiting months for your purchases, or you're okay with not getting them at all!

Horrible noone gets back to you I've been waiting for my package over 2 months and they only sent me partial of my items. I place this order in Feb 2024 they gave me a 10% which is nothing. I have to be calling for updates.

Ive literally have been waiting a month and a half for Oracle cards. Even fter cancelling them, they still are giving me the run around. DO NOT PURCHASE from them!!!!!

This is my first time making a purchase with them, and it will be my LAST! I should have checked the reviews first before the purchase, their customer service is HORRIBLE! They won't answer their phones and you're advised to email them ,which I did. Flimsy excuse about back orders and such and never responded back afterwards. Right after the purchase I get an email saying I made a purchase from another company for $557.00 dollars? Also never got the code to make an account for their app? Something is not right with this transaction? I WANT MY MONEY BACK 💰! UPDATE: Well finally someone emailed me after I contacted my credit card company and informed them of this sham, the agent was disgruntled and nasty thru her email. Had the nerve to accuse me of fraud and say they were a Christian company?! Christian my behind! What Christian company do you know that sells tarot cards, potions,devils claw and such? Tragic! This company is a SHAM! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Fraud company please stay away. Placed order for one green and black candle back in late March 2024. Order did not “ship” until a month later and even then it took two weeks for the package to be sent to the post office after a label was created. Finally received the package in May 2024 only to have been given a completely different item than what was ordered. Please use discernment and stay away. Shop with better companies such as Suerteluck and Originalbotanica instead for better service.
