I was with Magenta storage in Banbury for 5 years and found it to be an easy , no-hassle storage facility
When my storage needs changed I was able to cancel my contract without any drama thanks to Helen, who was always so helpful and friendly throughout my time there

I had great service from Shah the manager at Magenta in Oxford. On this particular day I didn't have long left on my van rental and he fortunately arrived for work early and allowed me to unload all my stuff so that I could then get my van back to the hire company on time. Much appreciated!

The staff at Magenta Storage in Botley have always been very helpful and friendly, especially Helen and Shah. I felt that my items were secure and easy to access when I needed. I think their prices are reasonable compared to other similar storage places.

Super-efficient helpful staff - nothing too much trouble
I have used Magenta storage in St Albans on and off for more than 10 years. The brilliant team have been really helpful and efficient - so important particularly during stressful home moves. It has also helped a lot having 24 hour access; knowing that the storeroom is well maintained, pest-free, secure etc; and having additional services services like paper shredding.

I rented a small unit here for six months. I was able both to set up and cancel my contract without issue and the staff at the front desk were always incredibly helpful.
