Amazed by the standard of service from this company!

I reported a warranty issue with my glasses on Friday, sent them back the same day and had new lenses fitted the Saturday, and posted back to me the same day!

Really helpful and friendly staff who will go out of their way to help, Nuno was great and went out of his way to make sure I wasn’t without my specs for any longer than needed.

I loved the glasses and the try on at home experience. I ordered two pairs and the first was dispatched just over a week after ordering, however the second pair took a lot longer and I needed to chase a couple of times for updates. I would order again but build in the wait time. Communication could have been a bit better.

Great original designs, and being able to try them out is excellent. I had to have my frame lensed and set up by my optician, but have have various compliments on it since!

The process of ordering glasses online appeared to be straightforward, I chose my frames, provided my prescription and chose my lens options. Six weeks and many emails later I still do not have my glasses, nor are they in production. The product seems great but the customer service is severely lacking.

Good frames and very helpful customer service, but ultimately their lab is not fastidious to customer requirements and their attention to detail is frankly lacking.

Really happy with my sunglasses. They were very easy to communicate with and were able to deal with my high prescription where other similar websites could not.
