It’s unfortunate to see this 3-star review!
We see that you purchased from Quebec, Canada and paid $15.63 for shipping. That’s exactly what it costs to ship internationally! We do no mark-ups on international orders, as we want to make it as cheap as possible. To be honest, we’ve never received bad feedback on our international shipping program, so this is disappointing!
Also, there’s no videos in the emails — they’re email-optimized, animated GIFs that are actually smaller in size than typical images associated with general emails. It would be interesting to see how and why there would be charges for these tiny files to be emailed.
If there’s anything more we can do to receive a better review, please let us know. Other than that, it looks like your order was delivered extremely quickly and we hope you have good luck on the water!

Excellent customer service!!! I emailed these guys because I had a couple of spinner blades lose their paint and wanted to replace them. They responded the very next day and sent me new ones at no charge. I ended up ordering a dozen more because the color works so well for walleye. I love their lures and greatly appreciate how they took care of me.
