My order got lost by the second hand company who sends out there apparel but customer service was extremely helpful and quick which was awesome. Got my package fixed and shipped to me within two days. Only down side was I didn’t get the free dock sauce for ordering on Memorial Day which I was looking forward to trying, but who cares. All in all great service.

I’ve been receiving duplicate orders for the last 4 months regardless of my attempt to cancel my subscription. In addition the quality and selection has continued to be less than acceptable, more like picking thru the Walmart sales bin and placing it in the box…I just received my duplicate Christmas order of stuff. Not happy with customer service or selection, mostly soft baits and Badfish items

I ordered the “Kindly wipe your feet” / “ Wipe your f’ing feet” boat deck towel. What I received is not a towel at all. It’s a very thin plastic/ shammy-type material.

I recently had a horrible customer service experience with this company where one of the employees was rude and patronizing when I had an issue. One of the owners reached out and personally apologized for the experience I had and also sent my dad a free box as an apology which I didn’t even ask for, I was very much certain I wouldn’t purchase with them again after my initial reaction but truly is run by people who care and I’m assuming my situation was a one off! Happy to support them again in the future. I once rated them a 2 and now I’m happy to say my feelings have changed!

This is hands down the best company of any type. But most definitely the best for fishing gear. The staff reply to emails promptly and go.out of their way to make you happy. I have never dealt with a company with better customer service and pride in what they do. The gear you get monthly is leagues above what the others in the same genre offer.

When I found this online service it was seriously very efficient. I was very impressed with it but due to its bad quality favors and never use any service but if here quality products will be available I will order from here.

Fairly priced and allows me to get some lures or gear i normally wouldn’t buy myself.

I absolutely love Badfish, if you are looking for an awesome tackle box with great gear this is the only box you should consider. I have gotten endlessly good things out of the monthly boxes and great service from them as well. They have amazing customer service and are very active in social media accounts for your needs. Definitely something to consider buying as a gift or for a splurge on yourself.

Good products, but not enough value for the price.

Badfish is the best. The boxes are an affordable way to accrue great tackle and other accessories that any level angler will enjoy. The customer service is top notch and the Badfish branding is unrivaled. If you haven’t subscribed yet you’re missing out on great products and most importantly, the occasional koozie to keep your beer(s) cold when you’re waiting on that bite.

The monthly fishing box is great! I have the captain’s box, and it does not disappoint! I get way more lures than what I pay for. I highly recommend it to the guys I fish with!

This box is full of good quality lures and tackle I like these boxes because there is some items I wouldn't get on my own forcing me to try them and liking them later on.
