Worst McDonald’s ever Edgbaston Spring Road , got to the machine to place my order… girl ask me once then twice what my order was drove to the window to pay for my order and got asked again what my order was for the third time when I said I’d give him my request twice. She then accused me of shouting because she had to find a problem with me to make things right Mcdonald then began to argue with me. She shouted at me. When I complained she was shouting. She said she wasn’t shouting, but I was shouting. … this is the worst McDonald’s ever at Edgbaston. I will never shop there again, I always have problems when I go to Edgbaston McDonald’s never have problems anywhere else except this particular branch have called asking for the manager. The manager says come and talk to them. No thankyou

Worst Macdonalds meal ever. Visited with my wife for a quick snack. Ordering machine was a nightmare. When order came, we had three teas instead of one, even though our order stated one tea. Wife two back to be told that was what we ordered. The wife had just received bad news from a hospital and was not up to arguing about it.
Milk shake was different. Not sure what the taste was. Should have been banana.
Chips again had a very unusual taste and went cold extremely quickly.
Cheese burgers were something else. Apart from being smaller, the burger was quite tasteless with too much relish. The bun had a chemical taste. Neither of us wanted to finish the meals.
As it was not a good time for us, we could not be asked to have an arguement with management. Quite a disgusting meal. Left most of it. Would not advise for anyone to visit.

The Big Cheesy was a real contender for Macdonalds against Burger King, makes all the other burgers not worth bothering with, dry and bland. Make the Big Cheesy a signature burger.

Missing items from my order no food and store unable to deliver missing items or give refund. Now sat in a Que for the last 20 mins on line. Furious doesn’t come close. Awful service.

Very clean quick service brought to the table helpful staff kids were catered for very nice experience

Evesham Branch. Always thought it was supposed to be a fast food place. far slower than KFC. burgers awful would not feed them to a dog. Love the fries and nuggets. Milk shakes are to die for. Not that clean lots of improvement needed there. Most of the staff could turn milk sour with looks on there face. Could be a lot more helpful. Car park is a nightmare

My daughter who lives in Wyberton ordered a Macdonald to be delivered by Uber eats. She never received her order. Telephoned Macdonald they could not care less. Uber eats were the same, what utter contempt of their customers. It was delivered to the wrong address, both organisation made no attempt to rectify the problem.

Karen at moorland way macdonalds is an absolute delight to see always happy and makes the kids and adults smile keep up the great work

Second time of coming here using the drive through I have to say the worst experience ever so far I have been waiting 35 minutes for fast food! The staff are nonchalant I'm sitting like many others in the car park wondering if I'm going to get my food !

Ordered via uber eats. Missing 3 mcflurrys. Everytime something is missing. Basically stealing from me.

Just reopened after a revamp?? Food was still luke warm and no milkshakes or ice cream, no receipts, so confusion to what my order number was, complete shambles

What an utter moronic crue. So a vegatieran orders a McPlant gets home and bites into a spicy chicken burger, they are called fast for a reason. Because they forget the order as soon as its orded. Utterly pissed off, it went into the bin if your a moron go here.

Ordered Fillet of fish, no fish, beyond dumb.

Ok I wasnt to bothered I needed something to eat not a fine dine experience.
So I wasnt used to this Macdonalds at Enterprise 5 I hadn't realised to be served I had to be another six inches to my left.
So eventually whe the guy at the ither side of the counter was swanning around having a lazy time.
I asked how you get service around here. Here said I had to be in front of the till six inches from where I stood.
I guess that was my mistake as he set out to make the rest of my order wrong.
I didnt use the big screens as cucumber upsets my stomach.
But when I ordered crispy bacon wrap without cucumber.
There were a couple of scrappy crispy chicken bits in a large dry wrap. No lettuce or sauce or bacon on the supposed crispy bacon wrap.
I must say it didnt take long for the order to be dumped at the table as he walked of, without checking.
But hey, I guess if you go to that Macdonnalds, you dont expect the order right.
Or tasty food.
Its grab a bite and get out as quick as possible..

I didnt have time to argue, I had to be at the hospital whose food was probably better.

The lesson learned, Dont go back to that Macdonnalds.

Nottingham Valley Road. Placed an order with them. There were 4 items missing when it was delivered and which I had paid for. I phoned them and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Obviously will never use agian.

Got a drive through in Edinburgh. Short of everything and you can't complain. There is no where on the website to do this....just go round and round. I'll not go back they just take your money and don't care if your order is right or wrong. I was done, charged and not supplied.

Do not get a double Big Mac , its a right rip off at £5.49 as you only get 1 cheese slice , it manages to be dry as hell at the top and a sloppy mess at the bottom , get 2 double cheese burgers instead and also save £1.52 !

ive held off writing a review but can no longer,
macdonalds on macon way crewe is the worst franchise ive ever visited, and i visited quite a lot of macdonalds as ive toured this country and others.
unbelievable queueing time, here and i now check my order before i move away due to the number of times i ve gotten home and its been wrong or cold. the staff are not interested and can be rude when you mention the delay. this evening the car infront at the drive through knew the manager, got their order and spent a couple of minutes chatting before moving off.when i joined the queue and ordered there were 6 cars infront of me but i still queued for 17 minutes and thats not acceptable ( not fast food at all )
as i have to go here for my kids as its nearest i will now write reviews after every visit good or bad and hopefully someone will see this and address the poor staff service and training issues.

Still baffled why the big push for vegan plant based food. When celiacs are gluten intolerant and you still don't serve gluten free buns.. bad form...
