Truly outstanding service
What a fantastic service, slick, speedy, excellent comms and deliver on what they say they will (rare nowadays!). The courier collected and provided a bag and box as stated, which was then zip tied sealed. 48 hours later I had an email confirmation that my item had been received and they were reviewing it. Half an hour later I had another email saying that my item exceeded their initial expectations and offered me a higher value and that I would receive the money into my account by the following morning, which I did! Seriously, do not hesitate to use this company, they are excellent! Thank you MacBack UK.

Working with Macback is superb. From entering the details of the I mac i wished to sell to communicating with the company by e mail everything thing was seamless and simple. The quote from Macback was acceptable to me. The collection process was perfect and subsequent contact was excellent.
It is important to be tottaly truthful about the condition of the mac you wish to sell and not inflate your view of the machine, in that way you will get a realistic buy back price. if you have the original packaging use it and protect the machines well for transport.
Overall my experience with Mac back was brilliant unlike some companies i have previously worked with.
I will use Macback in the future if I need to dispose of any other Mac machines.
Its nice to report a positive review of a company that you physically don't get to meet in person

Seamless trade-in experience with Macback
Trading in my used Macbook Pro with Macback was a seamless experience. I got a quote online, quickly saw that it actually matched what I might have received by selling it myself on Ebay and realised it would be easier to use Macback.
They picked up my used machine using DPD's secure delivery service and within three days I had not only received confirmation of receipt, but that it was graded as I expected and I received my quote in full in my bank account.
A very pleasant, stress-free experience all-round by a competent, professional company. Good to know, too, that my used Macbook will have another life elsewhere.

The process is very easy and effortless. We did get graded downwards, but as soon as MacBack explained why, it made sense. And frankly, recycling instead of going into a landfill can only be a good thing. Can thoroughly recommend.

I found Macback offer the best price when selling a Mac.
I believe my iMac 27 was in fantastic condition but there was a small scratch on the front so I put in down as grade B. I was very happy with quote given so accepted it. From that point everything flowed quickly and smoothly with very easy to follow instructions. When Macback received my iMac they checked its' condition and gave me more than the original quote which arrived in my bank account that same day. I give them 5 stars not just for the original great price and the total speed of the transaction but for their honesty, they could have just given me the original price quoted but gave me a little more.
