Kupiłem pakiet było 5.98 giga w roamingu,po 3 giga wyłączył się net.Sprawdzilem i obcieli neta o połowę, później dostałem SMS że będę w super roamingu i będę obciążony dodatkowymi kosztami,w ciągu miesiąca przenoszę nr do konkurencji

I have available 27GB of 30Gb data but my internet is not working. I contact the customer service but the number is not working too. I chatted with the live agent and they sent me the same question and message for 30 minutes. It is a joke company!!!!!!
I am disappointed with the customer service.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!

When you purchase a lycamobile prepaid plan, e.g. "to-all-xs", then on the corresponding web page there is no description of what happens if you don't renew the plan in time, that is clearly visible outright.

This most important information appeared to be hidden behind a spoiler "Terms and Conditions - National plans " in the bottom of the page, and currently it doesn't even mention mobile data. It only mentions phone calls: "Customers must keep the required balance to activate the bundle. Any calls after the bundle allowance, will be charged on the Standard rate."

So the bundle has de-activated unexpectedly, and the following top-ups sufficient to last for more than a month have been burnt in a few days by insane price for a MB of mobile data.

I must note that with some other mobile providers you can purchase a plan, and it doesn't de-activate just because you haven't paid on time.
The plan stays with you for a long time, and every top-up contributes to this plan.

So this whole experience appears to be highly unfair towards clients, and I don't even think it's legal, because Terms and Conditions do not mention mobile internet directly, except for roaming, which was not the case for me.

Update: the reply from LycaMobile has sent me to the same site that I've been quoting, without even referring to specific text. Thank you very much.

Well, I still don't see the exact information I've mentioned was missing.
I still don't think that hiding important information behind spoilers is a fair practice.
And for me it hasn't been obvious that the bundle gets disabled if you haven't paid on time, especially since I'd got used to better practice before.

Mieszkam małej miejscowości. Połączenia nie zrywa, chociaż najlepiej działa na 2G. Internet chodzi wolno ale tu wszystkie sieci wolno działają. Karta działała o dziwo w Kazachstanie. Rodzinie kupiłem, też zadowoleni. Jedyny minus że nie mają MMS.

Podczas roamingu zagranicą wyłączają sim kartę. Biuro obsługi odpowiada , że Uszkodzona karta . Chociaż po restarcie dIała przez chwilę następnie sie rozłącza. Biuro obsługi klienta jedno z najgorszych. Zlewka całkowita Pani Katarzyna na czacie po prostu przerwała rozmowa

17 października dzwoniłam do obsługi klienta, ponieważ chciałam przenieść swój numer telefonu do LycaMobile. Powiedziano mi, że formularz na stronie nie działa, więc nie mogę tego zrobić i muszę czekać, ale za 2 dni powinien już działać. Niestety tak się nie stało. Zadzwoniłam ponownie 25 października i powiedziano mi to samo. Niestety nadal formularz nie działał. 24 października zarejestrowałam kartę w punkcie partnerskim (Żabka) i pracownik obsługi klienta lycamobile powiedział mi, że od tego dnia mój pakiet jest już aktywny. Pakiet przy zamawianiu karty wybrałam na miesiąc, a skoro formularz nie działał, to nie mogłam z tego pakietu korzystać. Formularz nadal nie działa, a z działem obsługi klienta nie ma kontaktu. Nie udało mi się ani przenieść numeru ani odzyskać pieniędzy za niewykorzystany pakiet. Jednym słowem OSZUŚCI.

Problem ze subskrypcjami, ktore sa przypisane do numeru karty, ktorego nie mozna zmienic. Wiec jesli z jakiegos powodu nie mozna ponownie uzyc karty promocja wygasa i tyle. Ponadto odpowiedz z dzialu obslugi z ktorym mozna sie skontaktowac tylko przez maila trwa wieki. Idac dalej, konsultanci opowiadaja rozne dziwne rzeczy. Jeden zapewnia ze promocja (podwojny internet) bedzie zaliczona do mojego konta, a pozniej gdy okazuje ze ze kumulacja danych z poprzedniego okresu nie jest naliczona zostaje poinformowany ze nie mam podwojnego internetu. Ze podwojny internet zostal naliczony tylko do pierwszego okresu rozliczeniowego a pozniej juz nie, bo mi sie nie nalezy. Nie mozna im wierzyc. Dodam ze predkosc internetu jest czesto bardzo slaba. Do tej pory najgorszy operator z jakiego korzystalem. Nie zostane z nimi dluzej. Nie rekomenduje Lyca bo aktrakcyjne cenowo pakiety oznaczaja slaba usluge i obsluge.

VOLEUR ESCROQUEUR ENFANTS. N'ACHETEZ PAS DE FORFAITS .MI POUR 19,90 euros ils ont envoyé sim Karte et il n'y a pas d'argent !!!! Lycamobile en France c'est les mêmes problèmes.Aujourd'hui 10/08/2022 l'affaire est fraîche, ils ne réécrivent qu'à chaque fois qu'ils font juste le boulot et c'est un modèle ordinaire !!! Lorsque vous appelez le 323, la machine dit si vite que vous ne comprendrez rien, à la fin elle raccroche et mon argent est parti !!!! Je leur ai envoyé une confirmation de la banque et silence !!!! Ne vous y trompez pas et n'achetez rien aux voleurs !!!! Il y a des compagnies plus honnêtes, par exemple l'opérateur SFR JE LE RECOMMANDE ! :)

Lycamobile we Francji to same problemy .dziś 10.08.2022 r sprawa świeża tylko odpisują za każdym razem ze właśnie załatwiają sprawę i jest to zwykły szablon !!! Jak zadzwonisz na nr 323 to automat tak szybko mówi ze nic nie zrozumiesz na koniec rozłącza się i mojej kasy nie ma !!!! Wysłałem im potwierdzenie z banku i cisza !!!! Nie dajcie się nabrać i nic nie kupujcie u złodziei !!!! Są lepsze uczciwe firmy np operator SFR TO POLECAM !:)

My lyca number was not working from about last 4 to 5 months, then I chated with the customer care his name vinodhini and he helped me to get my old number back thanks a lot for such a good service..
