Merging companies requires lots of patients and follow up. When customers have to call to re-confirm times and they discover they are wrong! It's nice to know our driver shows up on time and they are very friendly and caring . It helps to reassured we will be safe and make it to our destination on time. When I booked my ride I told the person…
NOT HAPPY! When I booked my ride I told the person that I was talking to to make sure the driver doesn't park in the driveway because it's used for 3 houses. Park in front with flashers on and to come inside to get my luggage. I received an email with these instructions. Well my driver arrived 20 mins early ( I was not ready) and was parked in driveway. I called him and told him I wouldn't be ready til 10:00 and he couldn't park in driveway. Also, reminded him that he was to come in and get my luggage for me. These were the instructions and they were on my email that I received from Luxy confirming my driver and date etc. He said he did not know this? It was a little after 10 and he wasn't coming in to get my luggage so I had to call him to tell him again? He came in and got my luggage pulling it down the stairs instead of carrying it. It had snowed overnight and the walkway was not shoveled yet, so he pulled it through the snow getting the bottom all wet. I was not happy with the whole experience! The only positive was that the car was comfortable

Driver was great
Driver was great! Car wasn’t what I’d expected however it was comfortable. The price point has made me look into alternate sources to get to the airport. In my business travel consumes 75-100% of my time. What used to cost $270 from One Way or $120 for a rental car now costs $436 without the tip!

Above & Beyond Our Expectations!
Our driver went above and beyond to ensure we were picked up quickly and easily from the airport and we had a very comfortable ride to our destination and couldn’t have been happier with the service!
The scheduling
The scheduling, the ride, the driver, the pickup and dropoff all went smoothly. Never any uncomfortableness or issues. What wasn't apparent however is that the original goal of One Way Limo was actually happening and that is that the price would be lower than other limos around due to the coordination of rides with another customer wherein we would book one way the the other way would be with another customer. Is that happening, I'm not sure. That is why the name was "One way Limo!" Other than that, happy with the service.
