I bought the tickets as a surprise for my husband’s birthday. It did not disappoint.
From the very start the entire experience was faultless; the food was absolutely delicious (as good as any top class restaurant). The menu was superbly balanced and was complemented beautifully by the wine selection.
The most memorable part of our day was the hospitality given to us by the three stewards in coach Phoenix. They made us feel special and nothing was too much trouble.
My husband would love to repeat the experience!!

A surprise 70th birthday present for my wife was brilliant in every respect. The journey from Victoria to Bath was a delight with excellent food, service and comfort in Gwen carriage. Bath Abbey was stunning as well as the Roman Baths. Only negative was the delay of the train from Bath and waiting on a cold platform. However the return to Victoria was again excellent and the train experience is highly recommended.
PS A minor issue is that although the majority of individuals were dressed smartly, a minority were over casual in jeans, etc.

It was a birthday gift for my husband. He was thoroughly impressed with every facet of the trip. I did the same trip 18 years earlier and wanted my new husband to have the same experience I had for my 50th birthday then. We were very pampered by our designated waiters. The cuisine was nouvelle, and the Bellinis, champagne and wine were overflowing and very welcome. Highly recommended but a steam engine would have been the icing on the cake.. but it was not to be.

We booked the trip from Victoria to Henley. Very impressed with the whole day and surpassed my expectations. Little details made all the difference, from the singer upon arrival to the amazing service on board. We were in coach Audrey with great art deco features and full of wooden artwork. Very good food and as much tea, coffee and wine as you can handle. Well organised and special thanks to the staff who were informative, chatty, very friendly and looked after us with 5 star service. Would highly recommend.

I booked tickets on Northern Belle for 30 November only to find they were for 2024. I telephoned and spoke to both Ralph and Lucy who managed to get us on the Carlisle to Settle trip in May 2024. They could not have been more helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone absolutely 5 star treatment.

The actual train and consequent trip was an absolute joy. I have never felt so spoilt and the staff were wonderful and so helpful. Although initially the cost appears a lot - the experience was worth every penny.
If you ever have the opportunity to ride on the Belmond British Pullman then do so.

This is an experience not to be missed! We chose the British Pullman day trip to Oxford and knew immediately upon seeing the train at Victoria Station that it would be an unforgettable trip! The staff were so helpful and friendly, even offering to take pictures of us in front of the train as we entered! The carriages themselves are absolutely stunning and you know immediately upon being seated at your table that you are about to enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. The service was an absolute pleasure. Paul and Harry were so polite and helpful! It was definitely a level of service that you don't often find these days. We were even given the opportunity to tour the other carriages and learn the history of each. The day trip to Oxford was a lovely way to spend the afternoon. Walking tours were offered and our tour guide Roberta was so knowledgeable and friendly. We were even given some time on our own to explore the city further. This is a truly wonderful atmosphere in which to travel and was only surpassed by the customer service that we received, especially from Carol, Lucy, and Ralph at Luxury Train Tickets. They were so attentive and helpful in answering all of our questions and assisting us with our needs. They truly care about providing the best service possible. I highly recommend doing this if you have the opportunity. It is well worth the price for the experience!

One of the best experiences! I booked this for my husband’s 50th Birthday present. I wasn’t sure what journey to book so called luxury trains and they advised me the best option. I booked the day trip to Bath, via London Victoria, wow from the start we was treated like royalty, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The carriage we was on was Lucille was stunning, just taken back by the beauty. The staff on board were amazing, catering to every detail and more. The food was out of this world and the drinks just kept coming! Lovely few hours in Bath then boarded back on the Pullman. We can’t wait to book another trip. It was truly amazing and we didn’t want it to end. Thank you to Debbie & Adam on Lucille, you made our day so special xxx

Truly overall wonderful experience. We traveled to Chichester to watch the Sound of Music and it was all better than one of the London Shows. The staff were amazing. The only thing to let the day down was the evening meal of sea bass on a bed of beans no potatoes or vegetables which was a shame. I really don’t know what the chef had in mind. However we will definitely be travelling with you again.

We have just returned from Venice travelling on the Orient Express both ways; it was wonderful. Booking was via Luxury Train Tickets and throughout the team there were wonderful Helpful and all times and almost instant in any response, they also added advice on hotels and trips and again the advice was excellent and accurate. Without doubt would use them again. Thnks the excellent service.

Fantastic experience on Belmond train. Our train set off from Victoria Station, traveling through the countryside on our way to Chichester. We had a superb five course brunch for which I would give 5*. We saw a performance of The Sound of Music which was lovely followed by a champagne reception attended by some of the cast. On our return journey we have another 5* evening meal accompanied with wine which was excellent. I cannot recommend this trip highly enough, it was organized so well from beginning to end and the staff could not have been more helpful. We will definitely be organizing another trip in due course.

Beautiful train and we were superbly looked after with brunch followed by a smooth transfer to the theatre. The journey back was just as good with another fabulous meal. All in all an amazing experience. Would highly recommend.

What a fantastic day! We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived at Victoria to board the British Pullman. The train is stunning and the height of luxury, the food was amazing and the service exceptional. Mitch and Andy looked after us and nothing was too much trouble, they were attentive and professional but so funny and friendly too. The coach transfers were well organised and we had a wonderful day at Blenheim.
I would recommend this trip to anyone and must say that the staff at Luxurytraintickets.com made the booking process so easy and accommodated all my requests efficiently making them a pleasure to deal with. If you’re looking for the ultimate experience then this is for you.

A lovely welcome at Victoria with singing and a friendly greeting. Once at our carriage a great service throughout, Mitch and Andy were amazing and entertaining, the beautiful food and drink served with not only a smile but always keeping us laughing. Nothing was too much trouble.

We have just returned from our trip on the British Pullman. What a wonderful way to celebrate our 3"big" birthdays! The opulence of the carriages, the attention to detail and perfect service from our stewards James and Josie, the exquisite food and accompanying wines and champagne....all contributed to making it an amazing, unforgettable experience. Polite, courteous and professional staff at all stages throughout the journey. With the musicians and magician most entertaining.

It was pure luxury. The staff were lovely and it was nice to talk with the other guests. The meals were fantastic and the bubbly kept flowing! The actors were so believable and it was great fun to try and work out who did it! We had time to talk to each other and gaze out at the wonderful countryside. It was so nice to just relax and do something different.
