This was an absolutely amazing experience, from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, the food was great, the train certainly had the wow factor….we have made some wonderful new memories. Will be booking again for next year!

I booked a luxury train journey around Kent, our old stomping ground, which included a wonderful and very generous Christmas lunch, in order to celebrate my wife’s birthday.
Service was exceptional and the 1940’s era trio of singers were the star on top of the tree. Outstanding.
Oh and did I mention the VC champagne? It never ran out.

it was wonderful trip. we are still talking about the experience. Staff was very friendly food was very good and hot. My husband was accommodated very well with his disability and helped during the journey even his oxygen concentarater was charged during the journey

My husband, daughter and I just recently returned from our Orient Express trip from Paris to Venice. The trip exceeded our expectations. We booked our trip through Luxurytraintickets.com. From the moment I reached out to them to discuss planning the trip to the moment we actually booked it, Lucy Mullins and Carol Lloyd, our customer experience executives were amazing. They were responsive to any questions, concerns and details about the train. The communication and coordination of the transport in Paris before the trip to the train station and then from the train station to our hotel in Venice was seamless. Our luggage was waiting for us in our hotel room in Venice so that our luxury experience continued even after we arrived in Venice.

Gift was purchased for my mother and father. They had a magical time - my mother’s ‘orient express’ dream came true through a timeless classic belmond train. 🚂 I couldn’t have been happier for them. A perfect way to celebrate their 30th anniversary married together.

The excellent follow up by Lucy Mullins. She provided all options and solutions. When there was an issue with our pickup at CDG - she stepped in and made it right. Driver was there early - so we did not have to stress about being picked up and making it there on time. The journey itself was fabulous - they certainly lived up to our expectations. I want to thank Lucy for all of her assistance during this journey, it couldn't have gone better. Thank you again for making this a once-in-a lifetime experience

This was simply amazing !!!

I brought the trip for my wife’s birthday and she absolutely loved it, every wish was catered for even down to bottles of water on the coach transfer.

Booking was so simple with luxury train tickets, from start to finish everything was explained and easy payment instalment's if you need it, the staff were amazing from the initial phone call all the way to the day itself.

Our wonderful Pullman experience was our first. We felt very spoilt by the friendly and excellent staff from start to finish they made our day just perfect.
After a fabulous gin based cocktail in the arrival lounge we headed for our designated carriage to be welcomed by with a glass of vintage Champagne.
A four course delicious Sunday Lunch was served while our luxurious train carriage made its way though the lush countryside.
This was a roast beef five star lunch to remember,
We would highly recommend this experience as a lovely treat for a special occasion, for all age groups!

I made a booking recently with Lucy for 9 passengers on the British Pullman to Oxford. One of the passenger had some worries about the food on board as they had certain dietary needs. Lucy was brilliant as I was emailing back and forth and reassured us all needs would be catered for. All passengers had the best time and said how they were looked after impeccably, nothing was too much. The food was amazing and the service 5*

Our trip was amazing from beginning to end,(it was sad when it did end, didn’t want to get off the train!!)
We were met at Victoria, a lounge, singer, and gin cocktails started the experience.
Our brunch on the way to the Bombay Sapphire distillery was fantastic, relaxing after the “rush hour” journey to get there.
Smooth transition to the distillery and back, then another awesome meal and drinks.
All the staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient, always making sure everyone was happy, in particular “Thomas”.
Such a lovely day, would recommend: )

It was a joy to book our 3 day luxury trip on the Britannic Explorer to the Yorkshire Dales & the Lake District, with Luxury Train Tickets. Lucy & Carol were a pleasure to deal with - so helpful & informative & a great support when our trip had to be cancelled & rebooked. The compensation we received from Belmond, the train company, was so very generous & sharing our gratitude & appreciation with Lucy after the event, made it especially memorable to us. Tenue vestimentaire du personnel n'est pas qualitativement au niveau (mal ajusté , usé) c'est regrettable.

We had the most wonderful day on the Belmont pullman train and a fantastic trip to Highclere Castle. The food and drink were amazing and Hector (our waiter) could not have been more attentive. We were made to feel very special for the whole day and almost wanted to stay on the train for ever! A truly memorable day - hopefully we can repeat the experience in the future!

Lucy was top notch with the arrangements. We booked the Goodwood revival on the British Pullman for our 40th wedding anniversary. We were delighted to find ourselves in a private carriage which we felt was a very special touch. The train itself is fabulous and even though we had been on the northern belle before this trip far surpassed what I had in mind. The attention to detail by the staff and the wonderful food, drink and surroundings were a delight. After a champagne brunch aboard we were bussed to the Goodwood Revival. Unfortunately this was where the trip started to go downhill. The walk to the site was incredibly muddy, and given that this event has been going on for years I was surprised that the estate hadn’t planked or covered the walkways. Later on in the day however I did notice that wood chippings were being laid down, unfortunately it was too late for most of us. We had roving grandstand tickets as part of our trip but all the grandstands were full. This wasn’t down to our organisers but I do think that Goodwood had oversubscribed on the tickets. We did mention this to the staff and they were very apologetic, even though it wasn’t their fault. We got back to the train later in the day for a marvellous meal and we were dumbfounded to be given a magnum of champagne as a gesture. I do think that this was a true mark of a first class company. After all, it wasn’t their fault. To turn our disappointment around and end our day on a real high was a testament to the company and their staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company in the future.

What a great day, we did this trip for our wedding Anniverssary and a milestone in a health journey for my husband, and from the beginning booking this trip to the end was a great experience. The Food, entertainment and service was brilliant. We felt so special and nothing was a bother to the staff. Loved it. John and Pam Beattie
