Luxstar Chauffeur Services Bewertungen

I just want to thank this wonderful company for helping us, at very very short notice, make this Christmas a really special one for our family. They went above and beyond to make sure we could get our niece home from London Heathrow.
Carl and Dean, with a little help from another colleague provided the most efficient, professional and friendly service anyone could ask for. I would greatly recommend them if you are needing to make a safe, comfortable and friendly journey anywhere.
A massive thank you to you all.

Our chauffeur driven limo arrived on time at 3.00am the car and driver were immaculate. Driver helped with the luggage and drove us expertly to the airport on time. Excellent service that we shall hopefully be able to use regularly having full confidence in the company to get us safely to and from our destination.

Outstanding service and careful, considerate driving.Safety is paramount at all times. Would highly recommend this company.

We have used Luxstar on numerous occasions and the service we have received has been excellent. Very professional, customer needs always paramount and service excellent. We would highly recommend this company and will continue to use their services

Excellent service. Driver, Ali, was super accommodating. Will use again.

Fantastic company, always on time with great chauffeurs and cars. Would highly recommend

Brilliant service from start to finish. Thank you, will definitely use again.

Superb. Comfortable and excellent driver. It was good to start holiday in style. Looking forward to return trip.

Five stars! My outbound journey with driver Neil in the beautiful S-Class was exceptional. The return trip with Dean in an immaculate E-Class was equally impressive. Both drivers were incredibly accommodating, offering stops and ensuring a comfortable ride. The online booking and pricing were easy to use, and everything was confirmed beforehand. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommended!

Excellent service with wonderful people/drivers and competitive with pricing. I highly recommend Luxstar.

Professional, efficient and effective. Have zero complaints and only praise.

I used Luxstar for an airport transfer. The service was exemplary from start to finish. The driver was professional and very friendly. Every effort had been made to make my journey as seamless as possible. Car was beautiful and pure luxury. I had a message prior to the driver arriving with the name and registration of the vehicle. The driver came to my door to greet me, took all my baggage and loaded it into the car, I didn't need to lift a finger, he made every effort to ensure I was comfortable throughout the journey. Upon arrival to the airport my luggage was removed from the car and handed to me to continue my journey. My return was just as seamless and there was a very well dressed professional driver stood waiting for me. He took my luggage and led me out to the car park where he brought the car straight around to me. I barely had to move.
I would absolutely recommend Luxtar. Thank you to the team for providing such a 5 star service.

An excellent service from start to finish. Regular updates on the trip, driver's details in advance and then kept up to date in his arrival Comfortable car, friendly driver and all round a wonderful experience

Truly fantastic service. Started the night before with a courtesy call to confirm next days transfer. Fantastic service continued with our driver Brad confirming by text he was en-route and then arriving a few moments early. Same level of communication on the return pick-up form Brad. Have to mention the car too, really comfortable and spacious for the four of us and all all the luggage. Just looking for another chance to use.....

5th time using Luxstar - as usual perfect service, perfect vehicle and perfect communication!
HIGHLY recommended!

First time using, very impressed!
Price competitive, I was updated on car arrivalby text, driver Neil on time & super helpful, car immaculate, & super comfortable,
return journey the same.
I will ask for luxstar when I use Emirates limo service & have recommended to friends.

Wow what a first class service with fabulous vehicle and an expert chauffeur skilfully negotiating flooded roads. Absolute must use this team

I do a lot of travelling and one key thing is relaxing on the way to and from the airport. I tend to book via Emirates. I used to have another supplier (one of the big 3), which I had some of the worst experiences with. Then one day, Luxstar turned up - Wow! It was a refreshing and a welcomed change. And ever since I have had a number of journeys with them.(most recent, with Neil)All the cars are smart, clean and have all the luxuries you expect. The drivers are always early, very smart, welcoming, friendly and just perfect. I like to chat, which all the drivers so far have been, and its conversation all the way. They try to get to know you, as I do with them. These are a very profeesional and high end chauffeur service which I am definately not going change from these. You can also tell it'd a tight and exclusive business, people are hand picked, either individuals are selected as they are known, have an a1 reputation or have had a really good recommendation. Fair play to the owners and team members. You really will grow, but I know you will keep this exclusive driver expectation, quality of service and personal touch. Thanks!
