Second time using Luxstar to take us from South Wales to Heathrow (and return).
Our most recent driver, Stefan, was immaculately presented, very polite and helpful. Pick up was easy and the drive home was smooth.
Highly recommend!

The arrival on time and the courteous Chauffeur.

Third time of using Luxstar to Southampton from Wales and is always a good service and Carl is very helpful. Pick up collection went smoothly after the holiday despite thousands of people leaving ship at the same time. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The usual great experience from Luxstar. Simple booking ,and a tracking feature which let us know where our driver was, which of course turned up on time. Taz our driver was polite, chatty and engaging delivering us perfectly to Heathrow on time. Just all round great service

I booked Luxstar to take us to Wembley from South Wales, and to collect us after a concert. Communication was amazing from start to finish. Time keeping was impeccable.
Drivers were friendly and courteous, with nothing being too much trouble. Being disabled I was concerned that there were road closures after the concerts, but Luxstar made sure that they parked as near as possible to save me having to walk far. The cars were clean and comfortable and driven well.
I can not fault the customer service we received and would recommend them for your journeys. 5 stars!

Excellent service. Paul Gibson picked me and my family up from Airport. He is Very professional and safe driver. He was on time and took only 2.5 hours from London to Cardiff. Neat and clean vehicle.

I feel I have to say that Luxstar is a fantastic company. All the drivers are professional ,caring and look after you .This is important if you are lady travelling alone.
I recently had a guy called Paul who was super supportive and helpful which gave me confidence as I have mobility problems
I will always use Luxstar in the future when I want to visit friends and family

Fantastic service as always. I wouldn't use anyone else.

As always an amazing experience

Yet another excellent trip. As usual, very comfortable E class Mercedes, and friendly, helpful and flexible drivers. Thank you, Luxstar.
