staff are extremely rude, if your young they will follow you around then kick you out and call security on you for simply looking around the shop.

staff are rude and don’t help, hate when teenagers come in even tho most just go to simply look around or buy funny things, staff need to be taught some manners

The staff are rude, unskilled and provide no customer service. If you’re a young shopper, they’ll follow you around the store and most likely kick you out. Depending who you are, you may not be able to try on the props as the staff will snatch it out your hands and say “you’re not allowed to try things on” bearing in mind there’s a changing room so you in fact can try things on (but they just don’t make it clear). My experience was terrible, being a minor at the time ready to buy some hats for a concert I was going to, this woman was following me and my friends around with her phone in our faces. We obviously felt uncomfortable and left the store and when we looked back she was still recording us walking in the distance. This behaviour is absolutely unacceptably so we got some assistance from Victoria Centre security team who went to get THE MANAGER and not the woman who was actually recording us as she refused to come out (she should be embarrassed if I'm honest). After giving a very short and clueless response, she gave us a diabolical excuse that the worker was “placing an order”. Placing an order does not require someone’s phone being in front of your face following your every move around the store. For anyone reading this, save your money and go elsewhere. This place is a scam, you cant return any items even if you’ve bought it that day and have a receipt. The products are of low quality and charged of an extremely high price. Maybe the store should consider treating the customers equally instead of discriminating younger customers who are probably the ones keeping the store open. This place is absolutely crap and I wouldn’t recommend spending a penny here.

Rude staff member. Left the store without buying anything as a member of staff came and rudely took one of the items we were going to purchase out of my child’s hands. Visited the store to purchase items for a coronation party but will go elsewhere. Not the first time this particular member of staff has put us off shopping here.

The Nottingham Victoria centre store is an absolute joke
The staff are rude (clearly all students) especially management. As I was walking around the store with my daughter this I overheard multiple conversations between staff talking about drugs, two blonde girls and a shorter girl with darker hair were all openly discussing how they supply other staff members with illegals substances whilst my child was in earshot and I was trying to pay.
The store does not offer refunds even when bought on the same day with a valid receipt which just adds to the crime list if you ask me!
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE UNLESS YOU SUPPORT CRIME.
I am disgusted.

Staff are incredibly rude and not well trained. Refusing returns of faulty items on the same day of purchase which is illegal. This business is scamming people with their cheap merchandise. Avoid at all costs.
