I purchased several items as gift to give through out the year. All the products are beautiful, and well made. There’s such variety that it was hard to decide which of item to give.(or keep. lol)

Easy to purchase this excellent product!!

I ordered two of the black lights from from this company for myself and love them. I then ordered two for my daughter-in-law, they showed them being delivered but it had to of been the wrong place. I have tried to get in touch with the company via email at least 25 times with no response. This is an incredibly terrible experience do not buy directly from the company lumisom.

DON’T order anything from these people. They’re not based in the U.S. which is why they suck @ replying back. Their customer service sucks. I paid good $$$ for this lamp & I received a used lamp. All scratches around the glass. .
I emailed about 3 times & DM on Instagram. They don’t stand by their products. DON’T support overseas companies. They also have other company names w/the same product. I don’t know why they just can’t be a normal company & do what they say. They need to go outta business!

Update - they provided another light which was not broken and I love it.

I purchased a light and it came broken. I have contacted the company and received no reply. While the light still works, it tilts on the side because it’s broken and looks cheap.

Product exactly as promoted and order processing was straightforward and deliver quicker than anticipated

I ordered two items. One does not work at all. I've contacted customer support (email only) and no one has replied. I've now reached out twice, and no response.

This is a terrible company who makes cheap products. Purchased lanterns that came with a very strong foul odor, are much smaller than described, and the materials are not quality. Additionally, the light adjustment/dimmer is poor - doesn’t work as described. I attempted to return the lamps, as per the website states 100% money back guarantee, but they would not accept the return without phots/video of “defects”. Do not buy from this company - they are an unethical Chinese company. They also took several weeks to ship the items, and were not very responsive to email inquiries.

UPDATE: After an arduous PayPal dispute that tested the limits of my patience, PayPal found the dispute in my favor and refunded my money.

I purchased four lanterns from Lumisom to give as gifts. It's probably my fault for purchasing something through Instagram, but they looked cute and were on sale, and I was looking for gifts for holiday parties. I never received a confirmation email or order # which is shady enough as is, but I didn't think twice about this. When the lanterns arrived there was no packing slip or way of reaching the company. Hmm. Okay. Two of the lanterns were great. Really pretty. I happily gave them as host gifts. Unfortunately, two were scratched/scuffed and I couldn't possibly gift them - they looked really cheap in that condition, I would've been embarrassed. I reached out to Lumison (twice), and after I sent pictures showing the scratches they asked me to send one video showing the damage to both lanterns as they couldn't confirm from the pictures I sent that both were damaged...maybe only one was damaged, and I was pretending it was two? Yikes. That was a red flag, but I proceeded, sent the video. Their response was (typos theirs): "We checked the video clearly and the scratches that you mentioned is too small and does not affect the overall of the product. That is not damage or defect, we apology that we could not support for return and refund of this case." Insanity. I wrote back that the lanterns arrived scratched and scuffed, which is damage, and I would need to be refunded. Their website mentions pristine craftsmanship, so "not scratched enough" cannot possibly be a reason why a return is refused, especially when their website boasts "hassle free returns." Well, after I told them their response was insufficient, they stopped responding to my emails entirely. I let them know I would dispute the charge officially which is such a pain, but these lanterns weren't cheap (more than $100 for two, even on sale). I began a charge dispute arbitration process with PayPal which will hopefully resolve the issue. If it doesn't, I'll contact my credit card company. Fraudulent, shady company. Avoid at all costs.

3 of the 4 orders I placed went well the 4th I still have not received. Placed order on 7 December 2023 and on 20 December 2023 got the tracking number for the order as of today 10 January 2024 the tracking number can not be found. I have sent 3 emails to customer support and have not gotten any answer from them about this. So as of right now I am out the money I spent. What a joke. I really would like my order or my money back!!!!!! Their products are nice when you get them.

Innovative products and good customer service!

I STILL have not received most of my order! I wish they would have told me it was coming from China and would take 1 month to receive. I received one item of 3. It was way over-priced. Shame on me this isn't my first order. A previous order was missing a part and it was so challenging to get the missing piece from them I simply gave up. Lanterns I previously purchased have small knicks throughout the glass. The candles I ordered at that time have issues flickering and dying quickly.
I highly recommend ordering on Amazon. They sell the exact same products for 1/2 the cost - even with the supposed 70% off discounts on this site. At least with Amazon you can track the shipping and rely on it. I was repeatedly provided misinformation from this staff. Also, returns and errors are easily handled with Amazon.
PS - when I received an email to rate them and selected the thumbs down, I was routed to an information screen. When I selected the thumbs up, I arrived here to rate them. I don't think it's a coincidence.

Great product and it meets all that was advertised.

Be a little more forthcoming at how small these lights are. Put the dimensions up front and larger in inches. They are not the size they look in the photos. Much smaller. You also provide all kinds of discounts AFTER I purchased a set. I’m not going to buy another set right away. I perhaps would have bought a different set had I known you were going to give me 70% off.

Dreadful customer service. I ordered a lantern on the 14th. It is now the 19th and I have no confirmation of it shipping or a tracking number as stated when I placed the order. They did charge me promptly though.

January 3 2024 — To be fair — the order did finally arrive 4 days after Christmas and my partner is quite fond of it. Would have been nice if they sent me a tracking number as they indicated when I placed the order and later requested from customer service.

What an awful experience!

I purchased 4 lamps. Within hours of ordering I learned that I was going to receive these as a Christmas gift. I immediately contacted the company to cancel my order. They did not understand my request. After several email exchanges, they agreed to refund my money minus a 15% stocking fee--for a same day cancel. They then reached out and said they cannot cancel. It is too late. The same day is too late!

Buyer beware! Do not purchase these as the seller is deceptive and their business practices are fraudulent.

Package arrived damaged and smelling like cigarette smoke. Scuffed painting on the actual piece and overall lacks the premium quality that was marketed.
