Handling tenants eviction is a minefield experience, there are a lot of finer details that if you have not fulfilled, your legal proceeding would be hindered or worst, costly.
We were introduced to Robyn Camm from Lucid Legal, who is very knowledgeable and professional in all her email communications. The replies were prompt and informative, we felt 100% reassured when Robyn was handling our possession order.
Being a landlord who was trying to evict problematic tenants had been a very stressful experience, we were very pleased with Robyn's valuable information, which we have managed to evict the tenants much quicker than anticipated.
Any landlord who is looking around for legal help to handle difficult tenants, I would recommend Lucid Legal, especially Robyn without hesitation, it's not expensive, the advice and help you get is worth every pennies and more, plus you keep your sanity from the stress dealing with the eviction process.

Lucid helped us with a possession case…
Lucid helped us with a repossession case...and you couldn't wish for a more knowledgable, organised and responsive company to aid with the process. Even when the court hearing didn't quite go to plan (due to the judge not knowing the legal requirements for serving notices!) they dealt with it professionally and we were still awarded possession. I received outstanding service from Lucid, and especially from Kris. As a self‑managed landlord, I’ve made a few mistakes along the way, and without making that call to Lucid Legal, I genuinely don’t know how things would have turned out. Yes, the service comes at a cost, and it definitely hit my pocket, but without their support it would have cost me far more in the long run.
Kris was professional, dedicated, and personable throughout, which gave me complete confidence in how the issue was handled. She’s frank, direct, and won’t hesitate to tell you the facts — but it’s always clear she has her client’s best interests at heart. Calm, professional help through a complex possession case
We instructed Lucid Legal for a possession matter that had become quite complicated because of historic issues with a former letting agent and a difficult tenancy.
From the start the team were calm, clear and very professional. Davar was our main point of contact and kept everything organised, explaining the process and making sure things stayed on track as the case progressed.
Christian, the solicitor, did a great job of getting to grips with what was quite a messy factual background. He clearly understood the issues, narrowed things down properly and made sure we were protected. The extra work he did close to the hearing, particularly around the historic deposit issue, was very helpful and strengthened the case.
On the day of the hearing the advocate, Luke, was excellent. His calm and pragmatic approach meant he was able to broker an agreement with the duty solicitor before we even went in front of the judge, which made the whole process much smoother and less confrontational than it could have been.
Overall we felt very well supported throughout what had become a complex situation. The preparation and teamwork really showed in the outcome, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lucid Legal. The case concluded successfully with a possession order by agreement, which was a huge relief after a long process.
