I had a very upsetting experience with LSH
I had a very upsetting experience with LSH Residential. I called about what I believe to be an incorrect charge, and the operator, Anna, refused to give her surname and became extremely rude and aggressive the moment I questioned the issue. Even after I explained that I suffer from anxiety, she continued raising her voice and then abruptly hung up on me.
She demanded proof from me but refused to provide any from their side, and wouldn’t listen to anything I tried to explain. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with unclear charges from this company. I will be filing an official complaint. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend LSH Residential.

Fantastic Service and customer Care
Expecting the invoices for service charges within the next couple of weeks I phoned in and spoke with Niaomi Wilso-Jennings to enquire about spreading the cost by installments as things are getting a bit tight in Nottingham with the Local Authority selective licensing scheme costs in addition to the service charges. Anyway I could not have found a more friendly and helpful member of the admin team. Fantastic service and professional. I am very satisfied with my contact today. Neil Iliffe
