The service was excellent from initial conversation about what we wanted to the actual day. Viktor and Christian were extremely professional and nothing was too much trouble.

We went to see Taylor Swift in Liverpool and came back to Manchester with Faz. He was amazing. He liaised with us about the difficulty of getting picked up with so many people and found a great spot within easy walking distance that avoided the crowds so we all got home sooner. He even played ‘Happy Birthday’ in the car at midnight when my daughter turned 18. It was such a friendly, stress free and luxurious experience. Would highly recommend!

We had an exceptional experience, starting from inquiries pre-booking, all the way through to pick up and our ride. Communication was clear and helpful at every step along the way. Christian was very patient, helpful, and even sat with us through long traffic that resulted from a car accident on the M6. I have been using Liverpool Prestige Chauffeurs for a while now, and Viktor and his team’s service and professionalism is second to none. Their vehicles are always immaculate and the drivers always look smart and professional. I can not recommend them enough.

We arrived at Liverpool Airport 30 minutes late and were delayed getting through customs so it was about 1.00 am when we got through arrivals but Viktor was waiting and took us to the vehicle for our trip to Southport. We have to say that the Mercedes V Class used was one of the most luxurious and comfortable vehicles we have ever travelled in. This was not the cheapest way to get from Liverpool Airport to Southport but we thought it was excellent value for money and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We needed a driver for the day and a nice car

We got Viktor in a very lush spacious and encapsulated Mercedes Jet Class

Viktor was responsive and explained how the day would be managed prior to scheduling the trip

We needed to be in multiple locations with my team to review our business interests and Viktor kindly mapped the area

On the day Viktor was attentive and always right there, not around the corner, but exactly in front of us all the time it seemed

We know he had to wait for us, but he didn’t once bother us or rush us

We will continue to use Viktor for our trips into the North West and surrounding areas
