We're really sad to see a one-star review for us here due to an issue with the courier.
Nevertheless, I chased this up for you after your last email earlier today and Hermes were able to confirm the package as lost in transit to us, so we have refunded your order for you. Apologies for the delay in this, but we do need confirmation from the courier before we're able to issue any refunds and we don't, sadly, have control over when they provide these updates to us.

Quick response to a complaint
I received a pair of boots from here for Christmas. Only wore them a hand full of times and they began to fall apart so I messaged them on Instagram and got a quick response asking me to email the customer service, I did this and had a really quick reply and a replacement pair is on the way.. all with in 24 hours! Probably one of the best customer services I’ve ever received!

I bought my new boots from LoveRaid & I absolutely love them!!
