I ordered size 6 when am a size 5 and their still to small will never order again from there. Their return is do complicated so you give up.

Order says Abandonded
I ordered shoes that said would be available for delivery Monday, October 12th. I ordered the shoes on the 14th, my payment went through however now the status of my order says Abandonded. Have tried to reach customer service twice and no response.

Bad service for US shopper
I first had struggles processing the order payment when it was required to use my amazon account, then when the order was complete the tracking number was provided without clear definition of who the carrier was. I inquired from the company on updates on when the delivery would take place by then I had waited for 15 days. I wondered if this was the treatment for international shoppers. I’m from the states. They said they would do more inquiries and now it’s been a month and I have not received my order. I have asked for a refund for this reason but I hope they refund me ASAP since they have failed to fulfill my order.

It looks as though your order is being returned back to us due to no collection being made from your local USPS Access Point after 3-weeks. Whilst frustrating, you should have received communication from your carrier with this information and this isn't, sadly, something that we play any role in as a retailer.

Terrible customer service. Goods supposedly delivered. Nowhere to be found. No doubt going to be the couriers fault. Not resolved 5 weeks on. Won't recommend. I notice you haven't 'awwd' my one star review, lots of waiting no action.

Mollie's amazing customer service!
Amazing customer service! After receiving my boots which I love, but had a slight fault, I contacted customer services through messenger. Mollie was so helpful, I explained how I needed these boots for tomorrow evening and she quickly organised a replacement pair to be sent with next day delivery so that I wouldn't have to wait! She was very professional and couldn't have done a better job, thanks so much again Mollie! I will definitely order with RAID again!
