My recent order of the set of liter shampoo/conditioners. When I received them there were no Pumps included - Amika promptly arranged to send them off to me at no charge. My browser blocked a pop up that should have alerted me to add them to my cart... anyhoo, way to go Amika customer service :)

Absolutely ADORE this company. The products are great and have helped my hair so much. There has not been a product I have not liked or just liked. I have Absolutely loved them all. Shipping is incredibly slow
I purchased my items October 3, they shipped October 6, and I still have not received them as of October 21 and have no estimated arrival date. This happened last time I ordered from you as well. I don't know what's going on, but taking 3 weeks to ship people's orders is unacceptable. I'm not asking for 2 day shipping, but there's got to be some sort of happy medium here.
